Purchased my first ever living place just over a year ago, signed up for their Cozy Club and haven’t looked back. Their techs are always professional, kind, and very helpful. My most recent interaction was for an AC unit that would not turn on. Trevor came out, worked his magic, got it running and went above and beyond to help me out. I would highly recommend SOCO to anybody shopping around for their HVAC needs.

We had Ian out for our annual cozy club service on our heating system. He was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything he did and answered all our questions. He truly represented the company to the highest of levels. I would only want this young man to do service at our home again. He is fantastic!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend! We bought a house during the winter and were not able to have the AC inspected due to low temps, so we definitely wanted to have professionals out to inspect the HVAC system and make sure everything was good to go....especially since we have an old system!
SoCo was the #1 recommendation on several FB pages, so that's who I went with. I am BEYOND pleased. First of all, impeccable, friendly and professional staff - from admin to technician. And they have been exactly on time or early (after calling to make sure that would be ok) every visit! I love that so much, because we're all busy people! Secondly, they give you plenty of options for services, but I have never felt pressured or obligated to agree to any...we were able to pick and choose what was feasible for us financially and they helped us determine how to achieve our end goal.
Recently we had Trevor come out to help diagnose a new problem with the HVAC indoor unit and he was amazing 👏 he was able to isolate the issue and fix it right then/there, to get air flowing again...thank goodness because these hot days and stagnant air make me cranky 😠

John and Brian were very professional during our maintenance call and service. I was able to get two other services scheduled with them. We have used SoCO heating and Cooling since 2018 and they always hire great trustworthy techs to come out.

Vic & Jose were punctual, polite, and professional. They communicated well and provided thorough explanations to all questions. They could have cleaned up a little better after the work was completed. Their work was solid and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We are extremely happy with our choice to go with SoCo for our new central AC system. Woodrow came to give us an estimate and I got such a good vibe from him. After scheduling, a couple guys came to do a free vent cleaning and they were professional and pleasant. Then came the actual AC Install, and the installers were amazing. They were so friendly and professional. They went out of their way to call me "sir" which actually feels a little odd to me personally, but shows that they care about being professional and putting in that extra effort. Some complications arose with our install, but the installers worked tirelessly to get it done and ended up staying from 9 am until 9pm the second day to make sure it was completed. We also love the Daikin Fit system we had installed, which is insanely quiet and is working well to keep our home cool. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Just had and entire new AC unit installed at my house by Billy and Dan from SoCo. They were fantastic. Showed up right when they said they would, charged exactly what they estimated, and got the job done. We're so happy to have air conditioning again. They were professional and courteous too. I wish every service call I needed was done by people as good as the SoCo team.
Update: So as a part of my install, I got a free duct cleaning too. That happened today. Ron and DJ came out and took care of that. They were excellent as well. And honestly, I was a bit skeptical about the benefits of duct cleaning. But I have to say I was impressed with the results. It absolutely icreased the air coming out of the vents when the guys were done. They were fast, professional and friendly. Thanks so much to Billy, Dan, Ron, and DJ for all the improvements to my home's climate control. You guys were all great and I will absolutely recommend you to anyone that asks me about it.

Had Jose and Mel out to AeroSeal our system. They were on time, very clean, and did an amazing job. The air flow is awesome now. Call SoCo today and ask about this service!

I can't say enough great things about SOCO Heating and Cooling. From my first phone call they have been absolutely wonderful. I adore Sunshine , she is so professional and caring and did everything in her power to help us get our HVAC services scheduled. After the wonderful installation of our furnace, we had Joe and Mike from IAQ out to clean and aeroseal our ducts and they were AMAZING!!!! They were so professional and so nice!
