SoCo Heating and Cooling

We joined the cozy club at SoCo after moving to our new house. They're great to have around and wonderful to work with. They have repaired our water heater a couple of times now (replaced the original and fixed a warranty issue), the most recent when it went out right before Christmas! They're courteous, professional, and do a great job for the money. Highly recommend. (Shout out to Jacob and Chester for the last job. Great work guys and thanks!)

Highest turn over rate of employees than anywhere I ever been in 40 years in the HVAC trade. The owner is a somewhat of tyrant! If you are looking for long term employment. I would keep looking!

We first used this company when our AC stopped working during one of the hottest days last summer - they sent someone promptly who was able to solve the issue that day, for a reasonable price. We decided to join their Cozy Club program for scheduled maintenance, and had them out again early in the winter.
Fast forward to one of the coldest days of the year, our attic furnace unit stopped working. Once again, we were able to reach someone promptly, and had a service person out within the day. That time was a very simple fix (they didn’t even charge for the trip), we went ahead and scheduled some preventative servicing as well a few days later. Aaron came and performed the most recent service - he was on time, clean, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. We’ve been happy with the pricing, and the professionalism of all of the staff we’ve dealt with, and are so glad we joined the Cozy Club - totally worth it! Great company, highly recommend!

We noticed unusual noises from the furnace and a smell through the vents. Called SOCO in the morning and they arrived soon after 9:00am. The furnace needed a new motor, which they got and installed. Trevor, our technician, was very professional and knowledgeable and we would love to have him if we ever needed more HVAC work (which we're hoping we don't!). We had SOCO install a new central A/C unit a year ago and have used them for all of our HVAC needs. A great company, responsive, and professional. Highly recommended.

Billy at SOCO Heating & Cooling did a superb job installing our new AC system, and special thanks to Phil for being so informative and answering all of our questions before the work began. We love these guys and now we're proud and happy Cozy Club members! Seriously thank you all, what you did improved the quality of our lives greatly!

Aaron was our technician and he was awesome! He went above and beyond for us and got our A/C in good working order for the summer. Came out the same day I called for a diagnostic appointment and took great care of us. Professional and extremely personable. Shawn performed the yearly inspection of our furnace today. I have never had such a detailed inspection. He was very cordial, informative and did not try to upsell any new equipment even though we have a 28 year old furnace still running well. Thanks to SOCO for such great service !

I had the best experience with any company ever here!

First off, we decided to move and then changed our mind so I was a little embarrassed by our house, we had boxes and a tornado of stuff packed in our garage still, and our weeds are taller than a small child. I was very insecure about my unpresentable yard and garbage but they were so gracious and kind it melted my insecurity away.

When it came to installation they were extremely communicative, well worded , and told me the what and the why behind each step.

They also confirmed everything was in excellent order so I wouldn’t have to have them come back!

They were kind to my dogs, chatted with me and made me feel very comfortable with their presence in my home.

They also didn’t do anything to upsell me or make me feel like I was scammed, I got a good system at a great comparable price and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I wish I could remember both names of the gentlemen who came as they both deserve a shout out.

Victor and I my guy with the tattoos and sick beard were the best installers.if I could give more stars I would.

We had a great experience with SoCo. Our HVAC unit was not working properly and we were able to call and get an appointment the same day. Brian B. was very professional, answered all of our questions, and was very nice through the whole process. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future!
