Very responsive and professional. I had another company cancel on me and called M3 Mech which they were able to accommodate me and come to my home same day! Communication was clear throughout the day and they fixed the issue right away. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

They did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with our furnace blower fan and motor. They retrieved the parts the same day and had the system repaired early the next morning. Their responsiveness and service were impeccable. I will gladly call Randy for all my future HVAC needs.

Randy was very professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC units. We have two to inspect, maintain and repair. Fan motor was broken and leaking oil on one unit. He had the replacement part on the truck. We signed up for the three service contract. Thanks for the great service!
