    My husband and I were so impressed by Family Heating and Cooling. Our 14-year-old water heater went out and we were without hot water for nearly a week before we called Ken. He really worked hard to solve all of the problems with the water heater and went above and beyond, and out of his way to get the right parts that were needed to take care of the job. Ken was really helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The job was finished quickly and we couldn't be more thrilled!

    Our furnace in the home we just moved into was replaced in March and started making a squealing noise on Friday at 2pm. I called around 3, but then was going to a movie. I was told it would be the beginning of the week before they could get someone out, which I totally understood. By 4pm Ken was calling saying he could be at our house for the end of his work day to try to be sure we don't lose our A/C. I explained I couldn't get there, and he said he could come Saturday after another scheduled stop he had. I was going to be gone again, but we had friends at our house and he asked if I would be ok with him entering my home without me being there (with my friends there). He was overly considerate and concerned about getting us fixed as soon as he could. Even just for warranty repair. He got there at 11am and I was able to be home shortly after. He had the fan out and found the issue and was great at walking me through the issue and other information about our furnace. What amazing service! They have won my business! Thanks again Ken!

    I got home last night and discovered my furnace had quit working. I did a Google search and found Family Heating and Cooling. They had a 4.9 rating and were open till 9PM so I gave them a call. I was pleased to talk to a real person right away and fully expected to be told they would be out some time in the next couple of days (it was 30 some-odd degrees outside and dropping fast.) I was surprised to be told they had a technician on call and would send him my way. Mark showed up 40 minutes later and had my furnace running 30 minutes after that with a new igniter that he had on his truck! I was STOKED! (pun intended). Exceptional Service! Great prices! Will definitely use Family Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them to all. Two thumbs, way-way up!

    Called for a quote on a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Ken was very thorough and explained everything that they would need to do in great detail. He even came back out a second time to answer some questions that my wife had. The techs arrived on time for the install and got all the work done in one day. Also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

    Ken was great. Our water heater finally died and he came over within an hour to check it out. This is impressive because with the recent high temperatures, my wife and I didn't expect to see someone before this weekend. I was even more impressed when he checked out the water heater and said he was going to go to his shop and get a water heater to install right then. He explained everything as he worked and was a joy to talk to. I highly recommend this company.

    Wow What Service!
    I came back from vacation and found that my furnace had just died as I walked in the door. Being a weekend, I called “Family Heating and Cooling” for they have 7 x 24 service and Isaac, a technician for the organization responded promptly.
    After a very good dialog with him and numerous questions which all were answered in a knowledgeable and professional way I had my course of action. "He gave me choices and options".
    Without any further competitor checking (which is unusual for me) I committed to a new replacement furnace.
    My information was passed on to Jaime at the office and I closed the deal. What’s even better was that the installation was scheduled within 5 working days. Fantastic customer service. Isaac did the install and you have one happy customer.
    I will use this organization for any of my future needs and will pass on the good word. Thank you

    I normally do not write reviews, but I felt I should take the time since it helped me make the decision to call Family Heating and Cooling. My thermostat seemed to not be working and I thought I had the ability to change it out. I saw that my furnace was flashing an LED code and since I had no idea how to resolve the problem, I called in a professional. Ken found a safety overridden in the system and showed me the diagnostic on each of the major components. He explained everything thoroughly and I am aware I have some components that need replacement, which I declined at this time. I felt that I learned a great deal about my HVAC system and have ideas about future issues and costs. I felt better knowing my furnace is running efficiently and a limit switch was restored.

    We have had Family Heating and Cooling service our furnace for several years. They are kind, efficient and trustworthy. This weekend, we had some issues with our furnace, and with snow in the forecast, we knew we needed to act quickly. Ken came this morning and serviced our furnace and it is working great! We decided to have him put us on his Furnace Maintenance calendar for next October so we will be ready for winter. We recommend FamilyHAC without hesitation. We trust them in our home and with our HAC needs.

    Called three AC companies for quotes. Family heating and cooling replied immediately, Ken was prompt, honest, and practical. That’s why I chose Family heating and cooling. During installation Ken and his team kept up with these qualities. His technicians are courteous and kind while explaining how to operate all of the newly installed units. Don’t hesitate to call Family heating and cooling for all your heating and AC needs!

    First time customer. Got work done in November. Okay experience overall. Lowered review because I was quoted the price for both the part needed and the diagnostic done before having the tech come out (480 total). When the tech came he charged that plus an additional 80. When it was time to pay I did ask why the price was different, and at that point he mentioned and applied a military 5% discount. Not sure that would've happened had I not asked why the price was different. Tech was nice but did try to push on additional services, even suggesting we need a new furnace. Definitely not needed. I didn't feel reassured by the experience. This company does have good reviews, may consider using again.
