Very kind, professional and positive people. I enjoyed having them in my residence. Their work was finished in a timely manner and their clean up was extraordinary! I appreciated knowing that the quote included EVERYTHING that was required from the first visit to the final inspection. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

We had 2 other companies come look at our A/C unit so we knew we needed a new one. I appreciated that Jim quoted me a price that included everything. No hidden costs. And his pricing was about $1500 cheaper than other quotes I got. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on the schedule quickly.

Jim arrived for the estimate on time with the information and personal experience to help me make the right choice for my home. He helped me select the AC unit that was right for my home. Did a very good job. On time and very fast and friendly

After interviewing 4 HVAC companies and getting bids, we selected Click HVAC. We are so glad we did! Their bid was highly competitive, even though they were installing a quality Trane AC. Jim was personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, thorough, and thoroughly competent in resolving each of our concerns, both with AC and in making our furnace quiet! He also quickly visited and fixed our daughter's furnace! I couldn't recommend them more! Jim is now a friend!

They were here on time, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need fixed my problem very quickly. I have used Click Heating in the past and they have always been fast, very reasonably priced, honest and always fixed the problem. They installed a humidifier a year ago and it has been great.

The receptionists at Click were very responsive to my needs.

Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment twice, something I hate to do, but the receptionists assured me it was no problem at all. When the tech who was scheduled to service my furnace had a family emergency the owner showed up instead. After servicing my furnace he told me if I bought another type of thermostat I would get better service from my furnace, something I'd never been told in the 13 years I've had the furnace to include yearly checks by other HVAC techs in town.
I found everyone at Click to be friendly, professional, and in the case of the owner - informative. Also, their services are reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend Click to friends and neighbors.
