Shawn was super responsive and willing to do the work in a timely manner. Also he and his helper were super friendly. They installed a new gas stove where the old ugly electric one was before. I strongly recommend Click!

Shawn came out to our house today.
What a great guy! He got our air conditioner running again. They are a great business and I would recommend them. 2 years ago my dad got a furnace and then in February my sister had a furnace put in and now today they did our air conditioner. I can't say enough, about how thrilled we are with them!

Marcus was wonderful. He kept in touch with me and was on time. He is very personable and professional. He told me our options and was very friendly. We will use them for any of our furnace and air conditioning needs in the future! What a wonderful team they have. 😁💕

Owner interaction on the equipment choice and help with getting the old system interacting with the new. Installation team were just that. They worked well together to get the task done in the space where the furnace and ducting was located. Both had a great attitude about their job duties.
The new thermostat is a bit complicated though.
The old model was from the 70's that was still in use and had only two issues during its lifespan.
Out with the old and in with the new for 2022!

We greatly appreciated Shawn’s expertise and professionalism! Our A/C was way overdue for maintenance, and started making a steady tone. This is an overall summary:
The cost of the variable speed furnace and heat-pump were fair
The installation was professionally completed: Furnace, heat-pump and electrical wiring
The city inspection was successfully completed soon after the installation
Access to the sales person and front-desk to set appointments have been very good
The following are recommendations for improvements:
- It seemed that there was a bit of disconnect between the installation team and sales person.
The installation team actually determined the best place to install the heat-pump unit
The electrician was unaware of a potential limitation with the service panel
- I would recommend having a standard operating procedure (SOP) in place to set up and verify the operation
of the system (furnace and heat-pump) once an installation is complete.
The thermostat temperature should be set according to a calibrated reference unit to avoid assuming that the
temperature reported by the thermostat unit is correct by default. We later found out that the
thermostat was off by about +7F degrees and had to set the thermostat to -5F degrees (lowest limit)
in order to bring the temperature difference to within 2F degrees. This is something that should have
checked on the thermostat setup process.

The heat-pump (AC) unit has been working well. The switch/control operation of the heat-pump and furnace
will be determined this winter. The heat-pump should pass control to furnace when the thermostat reaches
35F degrees. Click provided us with the necessary information to file rebates with the utility company in COS.

I email on Saturday at 10:00 PM and got a respond Sunday AM.First thing Monday a technician arrive and fix my issue. Marcus was professional, and very knowledgeable. At soon he finished the job he call me to notified what he did. This folks are very Customer Service oriented and always go the extra mile

I had to have them come out to work on my heating system because it was too cold to handle in my house. Long story short, they were able to come that night, 5 days sooner than the original appt I had made for them to come look at it. I appreciate this way more than they know! They even offered a space heater or something temporary if they couldn’t get to me that night. But they ended up coming anyways and I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much for being there anytime I need y’all!!

I had an A/C unit installed in January 2023. I hadn't even turned it on yet and my son's dog chewed up the insulation on the unit outside. Jim sent Shawn over to check the system and change the filter and fix the chewed up area. No charge for that! These guys are Quality all day long! Jim and his crew are great and I can't say enough good things about them!

Fast, efficient and great price. They were on time and installed the system in half a day. They took care of any install mess that was made. They also took time to show me what I needed to know about my new AC system. I will be using them again!
