I wanted to update my review. I contacted click for furnace maintenance on the house we purchased in July. I know the furnace was an older unit but it was working and I just wanted it looked at and maintained. After the furnace maintenance service, my furnace went out the week after. The tech did write on the service report that the flame sensor was broken, but my unit was working prior to it. I had blue home warranty so I had to go through them to fix the flame sensor. However, the blue home warranty furnace company also said that the unit had to be cleaned, which I thought was weird because I had click literally come the week prior to do that. I don’t know what kind of service I received from click and I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt but I think it was a waste of my $50.

Wonderful company with fantastic employees. The owner, Jim, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the end product. You won’t find a company with better customer service. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I called mid-morning and Jim scheduled a service for 2 pm the same day! He arrived right on time, quickly found and corrected the problem, and had our furnace running in minutes. Jim was great, responsive, knowledgeable and humble. Will definitely call back in the future. He saved us a TON of money, where the other guy from another company straight out lied to us about needing to replace our whole system for over 10k, Jim simply recharged our 7 year old AC unit and it works perfectly. The other guy told us it was 18 years old and could not be recharged with refrigerant. Jim - and Click - is a refreshing oasis of honesty and transparency in a wasteland of dubious business practices -- wanting to actually HELP the customer and not just make a bunch of money off of us. I chose Click to do a full HVAC swap for me, primarily due to the Trane brand and the estimate process with Jim he answered all of my questions and gave me 4 options to choose from. No pressure at all to select the most expensive option. The pricing was as good or better than the other 2 bids I received, I tend to pick the best value over lowest price. Also, vendors who are on time and answer emails and texts in a timely fashion speaks volumes, which Jim did.

Although this was just installed today, the communication and professionalism was outstanding.

Jim did a great job of meeting me one on one within a few days of making an inquiry for a new system. He took the time to go over details of my new system which includes a new furnace, new ac, new humidifier, upgraded air filter and a new state of the art thermostat. The ac and furnace are quality Trane products and Dave provided a good price with military or coupon discounts for a top end product! You will love the up front pricing and Dave provides the system that is right for your home.

Jim and Dave and Dave’s son Leland were professional, on time and friendly throughout the day long remove and replace process and went the extra mile to make sure an acceptable install ‘look’ was okay with tough, older foundational issues on my house that they had to navigate around.

At the end of the day I have a new high quality, state of the art, efficient unit that will most definitely out live my time in this house (20+ more years I hope!) and from first inquiry to completion only 2 weeks! I would use Jim and his crew again without question and will be using them for annual checks and cleaning for sure. Using Click Heating and Air was a great choice and you won’t go wrong with the service or quality systems they offer!
