These guys are bad. The only thing I wish for this Christmas season is a furnace. I called them 2 weeks ago asking if they could give me an estimate and I got the run around "someone will call you soon". I called back 3-4 days after that, same thing. I waited a week and called back asking for a simple estimate on a furnace and got "oh, he is working on it and will get in touch with you soon!". Fast forward 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a simple phone call. Terrible customer service. What kind of job do you think they will do if they cannot even give me an estimate? Don't even bother with these guys.

Highly recommend All American. They do quality work and are ethical. The other company wanted me to replace the furnace when replacing a part was all that was needed. I appreciate their honesty.
