A & A Professional Cooling and Heating

A & A (specifically Phillip) has consistently provided excellent customer service! They replaced our furnace and thermostat in Feb-2021. Phillip and Masson were very professional throughout the process, and the value for their services was unbeatable. Just recently, I had a question about the thermostat. Phillip called me immediately and took the time to walk me through the necessary steps to fix my issue. It's hard to get customer service like that these days! Highly recommend!!

The guys at A&A were great! Steve came out and did a basic service and inspection on our unit. Our furnace was 18 years old and did need to be replaced, but we didn't get a lot of pressure from Steve to replace it. Kyle and Nate did a great job installing it for us! They all provided professional service, showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions, and described all of the options we had for replacement and continued service. They all made the whole process very easy and got me up and running very quickly! Great job, guys!

They replaced both my furnace and added my air conditioner, as well as install a chimney liner. I was really impressed that even though it took them a long time to get the liner in due to some unforseen thick concrete, it was just included in the cost. When it came to the inspection, it turned out that my hot water heater (attached to the chimney liner) was never permitted. They were gracious enough to include me in on the permit, and the Phil just took a bit of time when he was out making sure everything was ready for re-inspection to replace the gas hose. Would highly recommend these guys; Kyle was super nice, and the estimator Evan was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of getting me the properly-sized equipment as well as being really patient with my questions. You can tell that customer service is really important to this company - I'd recommend them any time!

Brian, Kyle and Nate did a fabulous job on our new furnace. I recommend AA Professional. Anthony came out and diagnosed our dead furnace (a diagnosis which was confirmed by another company I had come out to bid). He spent a lot of time walking me through what we could do, and answered a ton of questions so I could find just the right furnace. I had 3 other companies come out to give bids, and based on all of my research we decided to go with AA Professional, and we weren't disappointed. The install crew of Brian, Kyle and Nate were courteous and respectful. They did a great job making sure everything was done well and that I was satisfied with the end install. Great company to work with!

The manager, John was friendly, timely, knowledgeable and made sure we got any discounts available. he gave us 3 quotes, set us up for a quick replacement of our furnace/AC, and was available when needed.
The installers, Nate and Chris were on time, completed the work professionally with very little disruptions, despite having 3 dogs and 2 grandchildren home at the time. They went over everything with us and completed the work in one day. Greatest installers 'EVER'!

From start to finish my experience with A&A has been outstanding. Evan evaluated my needs and with great expertise guided me to the right products. Then Phil & Hakeem came and did the installation. They are good guys. They worked hard and did a terrific job installing both A/C and heat. I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend A&A.

Every person I spoke to from A & A was great. Communication was awesome which helped everything go smoothly.

I booked an appointment online and had it confirmed via email a few days prior. Evan came out and quoted us on a new A/C system and even taught us a lot more than we were expecting. He seemed very knowledgeable and genuine and provided us with great tips and advice. He supplied great feedback for every question we had.

Evan scheduled the appointment for an installation and then Johnny and Derrick came out to do the install. Both of them were very respectful and nice guys. I showed them to our crawlspace, where the unit needed to go, and they began working immediately. They were diligent and their teamwork was great. I could tell that they really got along with each other (which must be nice when you have to spend hours together per installation). They set such an affable environment as I was moving around our house during the install that it almost felt like I was guests in THEIR home instead of my own lol!

When the install was done, Johnny taught me everything that I needed to know about the new systems and how they interacted with each other. He displayed a high level of knowledge and gave me helpful advice on how to take care of the furnace and unit.

Unfortunately, right after they left, we had a fuse blow and had to get them to return since the A/C had stopped working. I called in and spoke to Amanda who coordinated with Johnny and Derrick to come back and updated me promptly on the plan.

It was already past the end of business when they returned which we felt bad about since they were practically here all day. However, neither of them displayed any negativity and they both were still very friendly and even seemed to be having fun while doing the repair work. They identified and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

All is well now and we've had no issues since then—just the feel of sweet, cool air.

From scheduling to final installation and repairs... everything was done in under a week. Thank you to Evan, Johnny, Derrick, Amanda, and anyone else behind the scenes at A & A that was involved.

You guys are awesome!

Had an issue with my heat pump blowing out hot air during the summer. Called another company to come check it out. Other company spent 2 hrs telling me the reverse value was the issue and quoted me an outrageous price to fix it. I knew right then and there should of called A&A. Sure enough A&A tech came out diagnosed the real problem and had me and my family comfortable again in less then 30 min. BTW cost to fix it was in the hundreds and not thousands like other guys quote. I will always call A&A for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks A&A

A & A was fantastic to work with. They were able to squeeze me in and install a new furnace and central A/C system with 4 days of notice. Phillip and Mason were the most professional, speedy, and organize installation techs I have ever seen. A & A has earned a lifelong customer. You may think other companies are better, but the service A & A provides is worth anything extra.

Kyle and Hakeem did a fantastic job of installing our new furnace and AC! They were very courteous and friendly. Every part of the installation was broken down to us so that we understood not only how to use our AC, but how it functioned and the maintenance needed to ensure the quality and longevity of our units. We were more than pleased with the work done and would highly recommend!
