Goodman Manufacturing Company

I have been a Goodman dealer for nearly 12 years and have never had an issue with their warranty claim process. In fact, it is IMO the easiest warranty claim to process of all the manufacturer's. I can emphatically state that Goodman DOES honor the warranty on any of their products that is installed by a licensed contractor.
Like any other manufacturer, however, if you purchase their equipment over the internet and install it yourself, or it is installed by an unlicensed contractor, the warranty can be voided.

Goodman did not honor their warranty. I had my condenser fail one month after purchase, and Goodman told me that their dealer could choose to honor or not honor the Goodman warranty on my product. BEWARE!
