I loved the video at the end where they showed me how dirty my vents were and how clean they were after. Everyone needs to get their vents and ducts cleaned! I called simply to get pricing for an air duct cleaning. The rep who answered was clueless as to what services her company offered and gave me a range of anywhere between $200-$750?! Not professional at all, checking out other places pronto.

I am thoroughly impressed by Air Duct Specialist South Metro. They were able to schedule our duct cleaning very quickly. When Boris arrived, he took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, and then did a very complete and professional job. He was very careful with equipment and hoses so as to not scuff the floor or walls. The cost was reasonable. I will be using their services for annual duct cleaning from now on. If you have household or seasonal allergies, this service is incredibly valuable! Highly Recommended!

Great service at a reasonable price. Gary was on time, courteous and friendly. He told me about a couple of optional services but did not try to hard sell me on them and accepted my "No thanks" without hesitation. The price quoted was what I paid and he did a great job. I'll be using this company again next time.

One note, they can't clean all types of dryer vents. This was one extra I DID want and mentioned at the time of scheduling. It didn't occur to me to ask (I live in a townhome with a lot of elbows in my dryer vent) if there were certain circumstances they couldn't clean so be sure to ask ahead. I would have used them anyway, just would have gotten a jump start on calling a specialist on dryer vents if I'd known.
