A & H Valley Heating & Air Conditioning

I couldn't be happier! I called Valley Heating and Air Conditioning for a furnace check/tuneup, as I am a new resident to where I now live. My Service Tech arrived on time, he was nicely dressed, friendly, and he loved my dog. He answered my questions, showed me how to change the furnace filter, and explained operational procedures, as I was unfamiliar with this furnace. He also fixed a broken drainage pipe and checked out the furnace and heat vents, all within the allotted basic service charge. I couldn't be happier, and I will call them again when I need service on my hvac.

I tried to buy a igniter for my furnace that A&H told me they had in stock. I was told by woman on the phone that she needed to leave for a meeting but to come by in an hour. I stopped by the shop prior to that hour expiring since I was nearby and thought maybe someone else would be able to help. I met a guy to worked there who warned me to make sure to call ahead because the woman who worked there wasn't always reliable regarding when she would be there. After waiting an hour I called... No answer, left VM. Called again 30 mins later, no answer. Finally bailed and drove to a real store with people that work at said store. I called A&H again to ask why they weren't there when they said they would be, or return a call... The person I spoke to the first time said s"orry my meeting ran late, but I'm pulling in now". Glad I didn't wait 3 hours for her to show up. If you're not a retail store, please tell callers that you don't provide retail customer service.

Valley Heating delivers top notch customwr service! Their employees are polite, respectful, honest and they do an outstanding job explaining the troubles with our tenants furnaces and a/c units. They show up on time! I would highly recommend Valley Heating!!

Called about 3 weeks ago, left a message. Didn't get a call back, after a day. Called back and was told they didn't get my message. Came out and repaired A.C., 2 days ago...not working again. Called and same thing, left message, called back was told no message was found, can't get to me until next Tuesday. Booked the appointment, only to cancel 1 hour later. Found someone, through our business, that is coming out tomorrow.

Very fair pricing , very quick to install air conditioner and hot water heater , curtious, left my home clean and my yard and drive way clean . I loved the experience ..nothing negative at all ..great experience and great company !

These guys are amazing. Our water heater was on the fritz and they came by a day early to look at it. They even worked late to install the part we needed. I can't recommend these guys enough.

These guys were so professional and personal, I was really impressed. They did a great job on my house (and my son's house), and gave me a military discount...they are amazing!!! Definitely hire them!

These guys are great! Got my AC up & running affordably, and the receptionist/office manager was even real helpful when i had a small problem and coached me over the phone for an easy fix.

Like most people I dont know much about the workings of a modern furnace. Someone had told me I might need a new one... $1500? When the owner of A&H showed up, he looked the furnace over and came out and said "the motor is siezed up, you'll need a new one...about $300.... I said ok ( 300 is better than 1500 right?) then he paused and said let me look at something else, and he came back and went back and forth to his truck and suddenly boom the furnace and air comes on....he came out and said "I changed the capacitor and it has enough juice to turn the motor now"....$100 bucks. Now he could have ripped me off easily and I would have been happy at $300, but he was totally honest about it..... I offered my credit card and he said no, we'll mail you an invoice, just send back a check........ These people are the kind of people you want in your town call them
