Within a few hours of our call that we had lost heat, Nick arrived and diagnosed the problem. He was very professional. Unfortunately, Meyers did not have the part in stock, but they got it within three days, and Nick returned to install it and check the rest of the system. Meyers lived up to their great reputation in Boulder.

I called them when our furnace died on a Sunday. We had a new furnace Tuesday (we got a few quotes Monday). Matt, the GM, offered a highly rated furnace, gave us options, and at fair prices. Even though Matt had to leave town on business, we were in good hands. Everyone was nice and helpful. This new furnace is so much more comfortable than the old one, too.

Cory came out to look at my A/C that was not working. He was on time (early even!), diagnosed the issue, provided the cost before hand, fixed the issue and then did some other maintenance along with cleaning my unit. He went above and beyond. I am a happy customer!

I paid this company nearly $1,000 to "tune up" my two furnaces and replace a motor in one that was working. The motor was working but I chose to replace it proactively. I was assured when the technician left that both furnaces were working properly. Today, as it's starting to get colder outside, I attempted to turn on my heaters and nothing works. Meyer refused to fix their work unless I pay them another fee to come back out. Stay away from these people at all cost.

After I posted this, Meyer called and agreed to fix the issue without charging me. So I raised the review from 1 star to 3 stars. Thank you.

We had a complex Mitsubishi installation and Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a wonderful job and we are very happy with this service. He also did maintenance on another unit in our home and was able to make it more efficient. We highly recommend Meyers and in particular, Andy!

When our A/C stopped working I assumed the worst. I called first thing and Meyers was able to get a tech out later that afternoon. Corey showed up and was not only able to get our cold air working again but was took the time to explain to my wife (I was at work) what the issue was and set her mind at ease.

Today, I had a technician named Andy come to take a look at our dysfunctional thermostat and wow! Andy was calm, professional, informative, knowledgable, detailed, and a genuinely a nice person to provide a top notch service.
