Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a ductless heat pump/heat/AC unit installed in our bedroom where there has been essentially no heat for 9 years. Frank came by to arrange for the installation in advance. Mark and Augie did the installation and were very responsive to our situation. Halfway through the installation, a massive thunderstorm with hail began while they were on the roof. They had to suspend installation but said that they would return on Saturday morning to finish. They arrived as they said and finished the installation. Terrific job under less than ideal conditions.

We have used Meyers for years now - they are well qualified and responsive! Larry has been our service repairman and representative throughout that time! He is excellent!! He always keeps me informed of when he’ll be here, he’s always on time (and calls if he’s going to be early or late). He’s quick and efficient and has a great understanding of our system. He stays on it until it works again!! A year ago, we replaced the entire system and added air purifiers and air humidifiers - they were honest and fair. I recommend them!!

Larry from Meyers restored my furnace to perfect running order. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual and efficient. He took the time to explain what the issues were and had them all resolved in no time at all. I highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. They had no problem with coming up to Nederland promptly, even in winter.

Meyers recently replaced our heating unit in the condo and that went well, no issues. Very happy. Then a couple days later we started to get a loud muffled sound. We called Meyers and they sent out Corey to investigate. He turned off the heater/blower and said the sound is not coming for the unit they just installed. He spent the next half hour investigating, exploring and was able to determine it was a broken attic fan. He was such a huge help, and went way beyond what we expected. He explained that his company does not work on attic fans, but emailed us a company we could call. In short… I highly recommend these guys. Top quality work. Thank you Corey for taking the time to solve our puzzle. Greatly appreciate it!

Corey from Meyers was great and professional. He had a magic touch and the ac just worked again. He still took his time and checked everything else since he was already there. Very thorough.

I made an appt over the phone to get an estimate on a new HVAC system. An hour in to my two hour appt window, I called to get an ETA. I was told that they didn't have my unit # on file, so it needed to be re-scheduled for tomorrow. First, why didn't you call to ask me for it? Second, no apology for the wasted time on my part, or poor communication on theirs. I cleared my calendar for them! Doesn't seem like a good start to a very large purchase for me. Too many other responsive companies in the area.

We tried several other shops and Meyers was the only one that could fix our furnace. The tech showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done right. We highly recommend Meyers! Great people.
