He even removed his boots by the front door without me asking (very considerate and important to us because we have young kids). He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and repair work. Gave us options and choices without being pushy or attempting to over-sell a service. Meyers was quick, clean, and efficient with their work. Overall, it was a great experience! Will certainly call Meyers again!
Meyers was easy to work with. They covered the cost of using a crane to install our A/C unit because they did not quote the use of a crane in the original estimate. When it later became clear we would need a crane, they said it would be unfair to raise the price on me after the fact, which was some great customer service. Solid company.
When our furnace died, somebody on Nextdoor recommended Meyers. I saw they're a local business with positive reviews so gave them a call. They were friendly and helpful, and a few hours later Nick arrived. He was just great--knowledgeable and communicated clearly. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available locally and had to be shipped overnight, but Nick did everything he could to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Before leaving he removed the defective part and did the prep work to ensure a quick install as soon as the new part came in. He even left us with a good space heater, and we got through the night just fine. As soon as the part arrived the next day, he came out and had the furnace running in short order. He also gave us helpful information and recommendations about maintenance. We're happy to be connected with a good heating and AC company. Thanks!
Had a great experience with Corey who helped to troubleshoot a tricky repair to our air conditioning unit. He even helped us come up with a temporary solution while we waited for a longer term solution so that we’d still be able to use the AC but not continue flooding the basement. Will use again and again.

I used Meyers to replace an existing 30+-year old furnace and simultaneously install central AC.
I received quotes from three HVAC contractors. I felt Meyers was the most honest and fairly priced. It was also very easy to get in contact with them to ask follow-up questions as I was making my decision.
The install crew was really nice, patient with questions, and considerate of our request for where the new lines were to be run. I'm happy that I chose Meyers.
My only "complaint" is that it took quite a while (several weeks) for Meyers to complete the inspection and form for the rebate from the utility company. It would have been nice if the need for a follow-up inspection and that I could not complete the form myself was mentioned -- I was a little bit left in the dark when it came to what that process was. In the end, I did receive my rebate check.
