Casey Bova did a terrific job in diagnosing what was going on with our older furnace, helping make a good selection for our needs and installing the new furnace. At the time he was working for another company. Of the four companies I got bids from, Casey was the only person to check in with me and ask about the size of the house and our heating needs -- all the others just gave me unpersonalized quotes. Casey was friendly and professional when he worked on our house--he was here all day--and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was going well. The technician Casey who helped me did an excellent job. I live in a historic building in Downtown Denver and the HVAC units in this building are very rare. Casey ended up taking a whole training class to learn how to replace these units, then came and got the job done in a few days. Casey is a true professional. He was always on time, with great communication and friendly service with a smile! He now helps me maintain all my HVAC units and always does an amazing job. I highly recommend Casey's services!

Casey was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, and diagnosed the problem quickly. My thermostat had been wired incorrectly when installed! But Casey got it fixed, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend.
