Casey was awesome! Our furnace went out during a storm, so I gave Dads Heating and A/C a call and he was able to squeeze me in for a same day repair!

Casey is very knowledgeable and professional, was able to fix the issue right away and helped out and explained thoroughly what were the issues. Did help with a couple miscellaneous items I was having problems. Overall great to have his help.

Casey came to repair our home AC, which isn't very old but had quit again. I'm telling you, this man is the best educated repairman I've ever had. He explained every move he was making and showed me the results of every move, using hi-tech meters and his phone app to demonstrate just what the system was doing and what effect his work had on the system. He's very friendly, and I'm totally satisfied that the unit is now fully repaired instead of just getting another band-aid. Can't recommend him enough.
