Our furnace went out and I had no idea who to call and I prefer using small business rather than chains. So I found Dad’s Heating and AC(love the name). So I called and had a returned call within 30 mins. Casey rearranged his schedule to take care of us. He was very knowledgeable showed me everything explained everything. I got 5 estimates from big companies and small ones for a new AC and furnace. We decided to go with Dad's Heating and AC because they took the time to figure out the exact right unit for us. Casey knew more technical stuff about heating and ac than all the other people but talked to me like old friends. Never felt like he was selling me on anything. He answered all my questions and I had many! The installation was done really well. Pipes, wires, ducting, everything was installed very neat and actually looked really good. The attention to detail on the items that i could see, made me confident everything that's out of site was done perfectly also. I recommend them to anyone that needs hvac work.

Our furnace conked out on literally the coldest day of the '20-21 winter and Casey was at my house in hours. He got the aging beast up and running, and gave us a quote for a full replacement. 6 months later, the air conditioning died a few days before our daughter's backyard bat mitzvah. Casey came out again and got the new system installed before the festivities - and he honored the initial bid. I work in the roofing industry and I can assure you construction costs neither fell nor remained static during those six months. Dad's will do a great job at a fair price.
