Great service. Texted before they arrived, showed up on time, Great service. Only thing I wish they would have done was to have left a detailed report that day about the services the performed. I had to wait through the weekend. Small detail, still very happy with the service... will use again.

As a Facilities and Maintenance Director I work with a broad range of Contractors, Technicians and Salesman, typically the lowest bidder. I have worked with John Burger Heating & A/C for many years and find them to be cost effective, efficient, professional and very personal in the way that they approach each job, as well as in the way that they interact with the many staff and members of the public within my buildings. When I am in a pinch and need someone who will take extra time to work with me and to think out of the box when it comes to solving cost and design issues, I call John Burger Heating & A/C first.

We have used John Burger heat and air for the past several years and we have always been highly satisfied with their service and the technicians they send out. We had John Burger service our air today and John came out himself and as always he did a great job and he and his crew are all great to work with

Several years ago, in the midst of a heat wave, our AC system died. At that time we were caring for my mother, 90 years old. John responded to our urgent call and within two days we had a very efficient new heating and AC system at a very reasonable cost. I couldn't more highly recommend a business to take care of your needs.

My HVAC system was installed by some one other than John Burger Heating and Air, which keep giving me problem. John Burger take care of all warranty paper work and fixed good. No More Problem. Great Company.

My AC went out last week and stopped cooling in awful California August. I was able to get an appointment next day. Technician Tim was wonderful. He found the problem quickly and explained the cost and function well. No fuss or hassle. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

Real nice, real friendly, but RIP off artist all the way. Stay clear of this company, they told my grandma she needed thousands in repairs and that she should replace her ac? After calling 2 other local company they both said same thing bad capacitor??? 150 bucks and no more issue. Wow way to go burger heat and air.
