Paul and the team at Pearce were amazing in getting out to fix our air conditioner in the middle of this heat wave!! Paul was extremely professional on both his visits and we will definitely be using this company again!

We chose Pearce Heating & Air because they are local and we are all family in this small town. After returning from vacation our A/C motor went out during a triple digit heat wave, wouldn't you know it! We called Pearce and they got right to us. Mike M. showed up and was very professional, and courteous to diagnose and fix our problem. He went out of his way to ensure our service was fixed promptly. I was in hospital when my wife told me that our AC unit had quit on us. I was released from hospital and we made an appointment to have the unit repaired.
Since the unit was over 30 years old I decided to have it replaced. The tech was there on time and started work immediately. It was great having the house cool again within hours.
BTW, I was a licensed HVAC tech and did HVAC in the military and know quality work. Plus the unit installed was a top quality make and model.

Otto was very professional. He answered all my questions. When he found a small issue with my system he explained multiple options. The benefits and the option he would suggest based on the history of the unit. He was able to make the repair quickly and answered all my questions.
