This is the second time I have used Pearce once for a heating issue and now for my A/C. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and courtesy. As a single woman who is not very knowledgeable regarding home issues I always fear being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. I absolutely never feel this was with Pearce. Both technician addressed all my concerns with respect and honesty never trying to push alterior motives. I will always use them going forward.

They were super honest. It was just a filter replacement. I signed up for the $200 a year anytime maintenance and repair service and they waived the $89 fee to come out that day. Wonderful company. I am a single mom and have a hard time trusting people. I am so grateful for this honest company.

A/C died last night. They came today in 100 degree heat to fix the system that is on the roof (VERY hot up there). He took pictures to show me the issues. He replaced the capacitor quickly and gave me a list of things that we may run into over the next year so that we can plan/budget for them. I’m thrilled with their service and have no issues with recommending them.
