Today my air-conditioner stopped cooling, and it is a very hot day. I do not do well with heat. I get sick. I called some companies to see if any of them could send a technician today. Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning was unusually receptive and, in spite of being very busy, managed to send me a wonderful technician by the name of Chad. He was obviously very experienced and competent and took care of the problem right away. In addition to that, he was a very nice person, and it was a pleasure talking to him. This was first rate professional and customer service, and I give this company the highest possible rating.
Unfortunately this company is not what they seem to be. I chose Pearce because of their commitment to the community on their website and wanted to support a small business. After we were talked into a split unit AC, we've had nothing but issues. Each technician that has come out has told us the issues all stem from the terrible installation job. Each one has stated that they cannot believe the installers did such a poor job and they profusely apologize for the poor quality of work. They also inform us of concerning things like management has them falsify their work reports. Then another issue springs up (like water pouring from the unit through the ceiling) and it's the same thing again. Our biggest problem is trying to communicate the owners. They refuse to communicate with us regarding the ongoing issues we've experienced for the last year and a half. It's so unfortunate that a small business will put out poor quality work and then not care to fix the issues created by their staff who we found out were not even trained how to install this type of unit. Things have deteriorated to the point where we are now billed for repairs to the repairs to the faulty install. We've tried to call to resolve the problems, but the owners and their management refuse to return calls and refuse to speak with us. Hopefully they will see this and do something to honor their word to stand by their work and do the right thing to fix this issue.
Had to have some work done today on my HVAC system (thermostat) and a young man (Nate) from Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning came to my home to do the work. He was very professional. Very punctual. He answered our questions and explained everything he did. Very respectful too . It was a pleasure doing business with him and the company and I will surely use them again if I need more work done. I highly recommend this company. Patti π

Everyone I interacted with in the company was so kind and helpful. They explained everything clearly and were patient with my questions. I never felt pressured to upgrade any services. When they came to do the duct cleaning, they were on time and it only took 2 hours (we have a smaller home so Iβm not sure what itβs be for larger homes). They were professional and kind. Great work and now we have a cleaner smelling home.
Signed up for Pearce's maintenance program because I was so impressed with their prompt, professional and affordable repair service (they repaired my air conditioner in record time during extremely hot weather in summer 2022). They contacted me as promised to schedule prepaid seasonal check up on my system. The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.
We are so happy with how quickly and efficiently Pearce worked to help us when our air conditioner broke. They are friendly and communicate very clearly.
Pearce is amazing, they came through for us in July of 2022 with responding super quickly and then installing a new AC a few days later. The response time was amazing, I was panicking because I had 6 month old triplets at the time and our AC wasn't working. I ended up needing a new AC since my pets destroyed it. But, they were quick and professional. I just had a furnace maintenance done and the technician was super kind and very thorough. We appreciate all the kindness and professionalism your company provides and you guys really have amazing workers. Even your dispatchers are amazing! Great core values makes great employees and you certainly have them!
I had a great experience using Pearce. They responded quickly and had my heater running beautifully after just a few days. Chad is a great technician, very thorough, professional, and personable. I will definitely use them again!
I have a very tricky situation with a leak in my upstairs bathroom. My contractors couldn't agree on its origins, with one insisting that it stemmed from the HVAC and the other seeing a different cause. As a layperson, I am not qualified to judge. I was very glad that Paul and Ethan spent a good deal of time analyzing the problem and then explaining to me what the different marks on the ceiling indicate. Like any good teacher, Paul gives all the details and then leaves the "student"--me--with a summary of main points. He was so skilled that I even made a video of his "class!" That way I wouldn't forget his explanations.
Ethan is a very nice young man and, like Paul, very intelligent.
It's also important to note that they were both patient and kind. (It's a situation that has been very frustrating.) Each has a gentle sense of humor as well. Five stars all around--thank you, Pearce for these great employees!
