Antonio was thorough in his assessment of the heating repair job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. There were 2 other technicians from other companies in my house before him that never mentioned that my ducts were made of asbestos. This is highly important information to me as I have been diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Antonio also took my system apart and actually showed me what needed to be replaced and why. I was given 3 different pricing estimates and different financing options. The level of professionalism between Antonio and the 1st two technicians from other companies are separated by light years. I feel blessed to have met Antonio and look forward to working with him and his company in the future.

Antonio was VERY knowledgeable and happy to educate in the subject to make and informed decision. We were happy to get our AC repaired on the spot and to be made aware of future potential problems. Also, not rushed into buying or paying for anything if not ready. This was definitely not the experience I was expecting, totally above expectations. Also the time frame I was given was not accurate and the company did not hesitate to not charge for a diagnostic fee. Way to care for customers!

Antonio Lopez was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable.
He put on shoes covers everytime he entered the house. He checked equipment, answered all my questions, showed me again how to adjust the morning and night schedules.

I recently entered into a maintenance contract for the A/C and Heating system at my elderly parents home in Whittier. As their eldest son residing in Virginia and the primary contact it was extremely important that all appointments, discussions and decisions run through me. Spot On and their service technician, Antonio, delivered!!!

Antonia was amazing! He was on time, kept me informed throughout the service appointment and was VERY professional. He provided me pictures and videos throughout the service. At the end he took the time to call me and explain in detail his findings and recommendations.

Taylor came by to inspect our system when we had some trouble with the AC not keeping up with the heat in a house we bought recently. I know next to nothing about AC systems, but Taylor was able to walk me through how our system was set up and several potential problems with how things were running, complete with hand-drawn diagrams. He was patient and friendly while I asked several questions to make sure I understood. He gave us several options on how to proceed and was able to answer all of my questions about the plans he presented. In the end we decided to hold off on doing any work for now, but when the time comes we'll definitely be calling Spot On to do it.
