When I placed a service call to install a nest thermostat, I was advised to return it and had to buy the nest thermostat from company directly so I did. Unfortunately when tech arrived, no nest thermostat. Maintenance on AC system was provided and tech was awesome but the whole reason I called was to get a nest thermostat. All in all great service but lack of communication from booking agent to tech is the only reason I gave them a 4 star. Gonna go back to HomeDepot and get nest thermostat again and just install myself.

Taylor earned this 5 star rating. He clearly communicated what he was going to do and called me for visual inspections before and after. Our AC unit was left looking brand new and it is 15 years old. He was thorough, communicative, professional and respectful from start to finish. He didn’t make a mess, was very patient when answering our questions and really took his time to provide us with quality service. He made excellent recommendations, we highly recommend him to any and all who need their AC unit tuned up and inspected. He knows what he’s doing.

Taylor came by to check out our heater as we’ve been having problems with it. He was incredibly helpful with explaining the issues and also repaired it in a timely manner. After repairing it he explained how to maintain and keep it in good condition so we can keep the heater running. Would recommend this company for all your heater repairs!
