The services provided by Mark at Wave 9 for our school facility were terrific. Our school facility was tired of being misled by HVAC contractors. He was very professional and honest and always arrived with his hair combed and a clean shirt. We checked what he said with seven other companies while asking his opinion of their quotes and bids. He proved after we awarded him some service work that many other technicians and HVAC companies were wrong, and he saved us thousands of dollars in servicing the problems correctly. We had a large unit on top of the main building we knew for a while was on its last leg and was time to replace after running over 30 years. After the money he had saved us on our property from previous projects, he was our first and only call. He managed the crane work and all the proper permits, made the whole project run smoothly, and was done with the appropriate safety we would expect. He always had a positive attitude even when things seemed intense with the outside heat during the job and was very clean about our premises, never leaving a mess behind or a footprint on our floors. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for someone who will take care of your home or business with pride. I have included some pics with my review of just how big of a job this was!
