It had to be replaced and when we contacted Air Caresaver Airconditioning &a Heating, they were very understanding of the urgency to get it looked at right away. We were dealing with triple digit temperatures and they sent someone to look at it the same day. Edwin came out and did a thorough job of inspecting the unit. He was very honest and gave us the pros and cons of fixing it versus replacing it completely. At the end of the day, we decided the replace everything. Patrick worked with us on the pricing and gave us all the discounts he can give us and on top of it, beat the other company's prices. Their team was also very understanding that we needed AC in the house and provided a temporary unit we can use until they can get the work done. Axel and his team came to do the work. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional, respectful, trustworthy, understanding and mindful of our situation. They made it a very easy, swift, and smooth process. I called this company because of the high review rating on Google but now I am pretty sure these reviews are fake, just like many reviews on Amazon now. I called this company because my A/C unit is wobbling quite a bit when turned on for cooling. I already went online for answers and the motor and fan blade seemed to be the problem. This company sent a guy over in about 30 mins, which is good, but after he looked at the wobbling he didn't say too much other than suggesting replacing both motor and fan blade. He didn't take a apart or check the motor or the fan blade and this is the kind of inspection service that cost me $79, which is not the worst part had I follow his suggestion of replacement service, which he quoted me over $1400 for. Before this I was checking online for replacement parts and both parts cost around $300 and would take about 2 hours at the maximum to install, and this is all assuming the problem would be completed take care of with replacing these 2 parts. But the reason I called them is because they are supposed to know these machines inside out and can figure out exactly where the problem is, not just looking at the unit without any actual inspection and then tell me to cough up $1400+ for a easy replacement. After I told the guy I was not going to go with their service, he sheepishly offered me a $25 discount plus waiving the $79 inspection fee - a whole $105 discount in a $1400+ bill. Another funny thing is, when I asked if the $1400+ bill included the labor cost he actually said he didn't want to charge me for labor - that's a first, and when something sounds ridiculous it usually is, not to mention that it's an insult on any normal thinking person. So eventually I gave him a $79 check and this is just about the worst $79 I spent with any service company. Please, go with someone else if your A/C is having problem, and the best thing is always educating yourself a bit before calling anyone, and useful info is readily available online, so you won't be ripped off by companies like this. You want a real service that can solve the actual problem so you won't have to deal with the same problem shortly afterwards. Keep trying with other companies until you can find a good company that can do for you a honest job.

Our A/C stopped working right in the middle of the most recent heat wave. The guys from Air CareSaver came to our house the same day I called even though it was 8 pm. They found the problem right away and had the parts in their van to fix it. Our A/C is now working great! I would highly recommend Air CareSaver.

This was our third call /business we reached out to regarding our AC. They were the first To take as much time as they did to diagnose the issue to take as much time as they did to diagnose the issue. They were responsive on time professional to Covid precautions and most of all trustworthy. They didn’t try and scam us out of anything as a matter fact the diagnostic fee was the cheapest we’ve seen anywhere else and they got the AC running again!!!
