Air CareSaver - Air Conditioning and Heating

Made a call to Aircare Saver regarding my thermostat and as usual Ralph and the crew delivered, specifically Joseph he is one of a kind not only he repaired / replaced my thermostat but he wanted to ensure everything was working correctly and stayed in constant contact with me and always returned my calls in a timely manner. It’s rare to find an honest company with exceptional customer service. Thanks Joseph!!

Just had my entire system switched out and they did a fantastic job. They were very efficient when it came to removing the old system and installing the new one. Everything was done on a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

I originally called Air CareSaver back on the 6th of July when our air conditioning unit stopped blowing cool air. Within only a couple of hours, they had sent someone to our home to fix the issue! Edwin was very polite and informative, and explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be replaced in order to get our air conditioner running again. He did the repairs, but he also revealed a few troubling things about our particular unit, which had been improperly installed (among some other issues, such as being too small of a unit to properly cool our two-story house, and a compressor unit that, while currently functional, was showing audible and visible signs of being on its last days) by another party a few years prior. So, after some further consultation the following day with Ralph, we decided to go forward with a full new unit installation. They even deducted the cost of our initial repair service from the total cost of the new unit, which was very generous!

Our new installation was done yesterday on July 24th . The install team arrived at 8am and were finished by 4pm. The new unit is much more efficient than our previous install, as it finally has the capacity to keep our second floor properly conditioned. And, to top it all off, it's quiet! I mentioned in my previous paragraph that the compressor was making audio cues pointing to its waning lifespan. Well, our old outdoor unit used to make this loud whirring noise that we just accepted as normal for years. Very silly, in hindsight.

The house is as comfortable as it has ever been. Very pleased with my experience with Air CareSaver! I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, affordable service.

Excellent company with professional work. They replaced my aging old AC and ductwork. Their estimates were cheaper than a lot of the other companies selling name brand HVACs. Ralph was really pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend this company.

Ralph was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They initially sent out someone to diagnose the problem and sent me photos, videos, and a phone call to explain the situation.

Afterwards, Ralph explained all my options very thoroughly and patiently over a video call. I was able to pick the best solution for my problem within my budget. I got updates from them through the installation/repair process and got another one at the end to summarize that everything went smoothly.

I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I will be using them for all my future AC needs.

Our service person was Josh. He was on time and very Covid aware. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. He gave us options within our price range. I’m an old guy and people like Josh kind of restore my faith in younger people. A/c is working great.

Ralph explained all the different systems available and help us chose the right system for our needs. We replace our old old 5 & 3 ton A/C systems with a 4 & 3 ton, replace all ducts, installed attic radiant barrier and air purifiers and one additional return for a great price. The workers Christian and Genaro show up on time and performed the work diligently and with great workmanship. The final technician check all the work and explained clearly the main system functions. We are very happy that we chose Air Caresaver for the job.

Joseph Performed the maintenance on our heating system. He showed us pictures and videos of him working on the parts of the heating system (and also some parts of the AC system). His inspection found a small leak in one of the joints which he tightened and rechecked...no more leak. The conclusion of his maintenance and inspection was that our HVAC system was in good condition and working properly. We highly recommend AirCare Savers.
