In the middle of a cold spell, our heater stopped working. Bryan and David came out and got our heater working again the same day I called. They were professional and neat. I would call them again, without hesitation, if I had any other issues with my HVAC. The invoice was very detailed as well. Overall, they provided a great experience and a great value.

Great experience. Problem - the heater would not blow warm air. Called on Tuesday afternoon, received a call back from Bryan Heer in an hour, and he showed up in another couple of hours. Very thorough with the job. Good diagnosis and attention to detail. And looks like he really puts his heart into making the HVAC system work the best. Price was reasonable. A great find. Arrived within an hour of the time I texted brian. Very professional and got right to the problem, had a quick solution which was sort of what I expected, no fuss or muss. Very reasonable charge for the service, and then looked over my outside air conditioners, and will prepare a price for replacing both of these worn out units. Highly recommend Brian.

Got an AC issue acting up yet again on a humid SoCal summer weekend. To my surprise, Bryan and his company showed up in PM on the same Monday called. Bryan immediately went to work and checked everything possible, performed test and stayed for 20+ minutes to make sure it is up to his standards. We've used Brian's services a couple of times. The first time he was able to bring 30ish year old central AC back to life. The second time, we had our entire HVAC system replaced. Brian was provided us several options and was very upfront & honest with his recommendations. A few days after we had our HVAC replaced we had an issue with our AC during a heat wave, Brian even came out on a Saturday evening to come troubleshoot & fix the issue. Bryan was great to work with, he came right on time on a very short notice call. He was explaining every step and everything he was looking at and was very professional. He repaired the heater in a timely manner and provided a great service at a very reasonable price given that he came during the holidays. Great service! Bryan is top notch! We contacted them as a referral from a family friend who he installed a new AC system in there home. He came out to give an estimate for upgrading out heating and installing AC. He was all over our house from going under to crawling in the attic space (very tiny) . I never expected the estimate to be so thorough and comprehensive. Excellent work. Bryan provided different options and once we chose what worked best for us, he and David installed our system quickly, efficiently, and neatly. It wasn't cheap, but not any more expensive than the estimates we got from other contractors. And there were no "surprise" additional costs cropping up as the work progressed.
