    First of all, I don’t even know how this company has 4.1 stars. I am so disappointed at how unprofessional they can be. We’ve gone 2 months without AC due to this company who can’t resolve the issue! We’ve had a technician come out so many times only for them to tell us the same thing — “the technician who came out before didn’t order the part.” On top of that, the technician left without waiting 5 mins like I asked. My husband was down the street and I called the technician to let him know that my husband was running late and will be there in 5mins. When my husband got home the technician had already left! We had 3/4 technicians come out before they finally got the part that was going to fix our problem. But what do you know, because they didn’t check the Attic, they didn’t know there was a leak. So a month and a half of waiting for a part that couldn’t work because of another issue. Then they tell us they’re going to come out again and this time the owners husband was going to perform the job. They tell us 8am-12pm. Time passes by and no one comes. Then they tell us 12-4pm. Time passes and still no one! They had my husband waiting all day with my 5year old daughter in that house. Tried to call the company but all of sudden they are unreachable and their line is inactive. I am so over dealing with this company. I’m pregnant and in my first trimester and this is way too much stress on not only myself but my little family as well! Don’t you dare respond back to me with some lame excuse because you guys had 2 months to fix the issue! We have wasted so much time and money on this company. My husband losing hours at work because he has to wait for a technician who ends up pushing the time back. We don’t have all day to be waiting at the house that feels like a sauna!

    Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. They do not return calls or provide work status updates. They charged me a $1,000.00 before they even started the work and after being unable to replace an air conditioner provided by our home warranty company I now have to wait 7-10 days to get my refund. In my 48 years on earth I have never dealt with a more incompetent or unprofessional company. Avoid them at all cost

    The technician came out and first off said that I had a split system, which is not so. Then he went back up and told me that my a/c was not working because my coils were dirty. He did not have the proper tools to fix it, so 4 days later I call back and the secretary informs me that a coil cleaning is 200.00 and not covered under my warranty. So, I decide to call around, had another company come out and I had a bad compressor and compassitor!! As an HVAC technician, those are the first things you check for! Needless to say, if I paid him his 200.00 for a coil cleaning, I would still be without air in 105 weather! Call Kennies!!

    We have been without air conditioning for several months because this company is not capable of finishing a job. We have been given the run around and told the part was never ordered, the wrong part was ordered, the part was a special order, which would take awhile to get (we were told this twice). Today they were supposed to show up and never did. Our kids had to deal with no AC in the hot summer and now it looks like they have to freeze during the winter. Don't ever use this company for any of your heating and air needs. This is not only the worst air and heating company, but probably the worst company in general.

    Our insurance sent this company out last winter, and again this past week, both times we had a good experience with both office for updates and with knowlagable techs that seemed to be real honest and let us know what was going on step by step, even though we had to wait for our insurance to sent the parts they kept us updated and were so friendly. Keep up the good work guys1😁👍🏼👍🏼

    I heard nothing but good things about Standlee AC and Heating, so I decided to call them to look at my grandma's heater. Brandi was so nice and professional and answered all the questions I had. When it was time for them to come out, Jack was prompt and very courteous. He did an amazing job and fixed the problem promptly. Id definately recommend this come to anyone who needs great, quality service!

    They literally got to my house seen there was a leak and said they couldn't fix it & that the a/c was installed wrong. How did they diagnose that who knows because all they did was look at the ceiling. Wouldn't recommend. The technician was inside my home for about 3 minutes before they were driving away

    Great communication, service, and trouble shooting to solve the problem. They also worked very well with our home warranty company. A part had to be ordered, which was done same day, and it was installed promptly after arrival. I strongly recommend Standlee Heating & A/C to others!

    First Tech they sent out was unprofessional and Rude. Reschedule due to this tech not familiar with Mini Split unit, but attitude was poor. Next Tech scheduled was very professional and was very good. Was familiar with Mini Split units and knew his trade.

    Standlee Heating and A/C did an excellent job. My Tech was Mr. Jack and he did a great job, he was very knowledgeable and detected the problems really quick. Super professional. Definitely recommend Mr. Jack and Standlee Heating for any Heating and A/C problems. Will recommend to family & friends as well.
