If I could give less than one star I would. They DO NOT respond. They have several different phone numbers that they do not pick up. They have come several times to my home and not fixed what they said they were going to. I have missed out on so much work from them saying they were going to show when they didn't. No phone calls, no communication. Complete unreliability and incompetence. A poor excuse for specialty services, costumer service, and service at all.
Freeman, the technician, was very Knowledgeable and helped me understand my heating problem. I appreciated the text message I received before he arrived on time. I was also informed that my unit needed to be replaced and I was comfortable with that recommendation. Thank you, Mirna
My AC was out for a week after a local company came and worked on it. They told me I was going to have to re-dur my AC unit. Standlee came out and had it going in no time. They were very honest and professional unlike that other that wanted to take advantage of the fact that I don't know anything about AC's
Standlee heating and a/c is an amazing company. great people,down to earth, and prompt.this company will go out of there way to insure that you are completely satisfied .also the communication was great making sure that we understood exactly what was going on the entire time, I really appreciated them taking time to explain everything.i had a wonderful experience dealing with them.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Came out on June 11th and as of right now we still don't have a working swamp cooler! In case you didn't know this, Tulare CA summers are HOT!!! And so am I! Hot mad, Heat Hot and beyond discussed!!! PS. I would of been all over the place with this but I am renting from a friend and she is nice!
This company never answers the telephone. I finally got them to schedule an appointment (by email through my home owners insurance) and then they come out to my house and say they can't service it because they don't have a big enough ladder. If I could leave negative stars I would.
This company is really bad on keeping there appointment and answering there calls. Why have a business if there not going to answer or be liable to there appointment. I waited for a whole week for my appointment with no AC and for what... they should of let me know if they couldn't keep that appointment so I could of call someone else to fix my AC. I don't recommend this company at all.
