My experience went very well. Jose informed me of the entire process, and was very patient. I had a lot of questions during the process and he addressed each question. He also didn’t leave until the job was completely done. He didn’t seem rushed which I appreciated it since I did have a lot of questions.

Used monarch today to complete a yearly service/inspection . The technician Macario showed up on time and was polite, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to the HVAC system with all questions I had regarding the service and this is the third time they have come out to complete the service and every technician they have sent out has been just as good as Macario was. I highly recommend them .

Set up a consultation 2 weeks in advance. Took the day off work and called at 2pm to see when they were planning in coming since the hadn't shown up yet. I was told they weren't coming because I didnt confirm my appointment, never had a missed call for them to confirm with me. Scheduling the appointment in the first place was my confirmation!

Asked the rep to please send the people since I had taken a day off work for this and he said he wouldn't be able to help me, thanks for the terrible customer service experience right from the start!

Anna torres came out and it was all around a nice experience and great performance from the company and its technicians. The technicians are very polite and thorough and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like other companies. I am very pleased with the services from this company.

Joel was very professional and very helpful in answering our questions. His work and demeanor were outstanding

Employees were great since first contact. Nice young lady that came out to meet us was awesome but AC installation price was outrageous compared to all other quotes this far.

Had NEW AC/HEATER installed last September never used AC until now blower motor never shuts off many technicians have been out problem never gets fixed. Now they are not returning my calls.

NEVER, EVER, Thank you. Very good about charging, not so much about completing the service. Paid almost $2,000 four weeks ago for service that has not yet been completed. I asked for their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on work not done, waiting on that as well; surprise, surprise. Even their basic maintenance bad; nothing more than a paid diagnostic. No cleaning or real maintenance. Do not waste your money.
