I called Dan's AC on a Monday stating that my AC unit wasn't cooling properly. They sent a tech out the next day. Great! The tech was early for the appt. which was good. He was very thorough with his inspection and got to the root of the problem right away. Pulled out this capacitor unit that was faulty. He didn't have another capacitor on his truck so he had to go and get one. He came back about 15 minutes later with a new capacitor and replaced it. He then proceeded to flush or wash out the filters or condenser coil which surround the unit. So much dirt. We had our AC serviced last year by a different company and he didn't flush or wash out the these things. He also checked the coolant which was a bit low and how much it would cost for another 2 lbs, I asked him to go ahead and fill'er up. He was professional and courteous and said he'd be back to re-inspect the unit for any leakage in a week. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company to my clients and friends and family. Good job!!!

I have used Dan's Air Conditioning service over the past several years. They have always been very professional and responsive. I have made the mistake of using a different service (Comfort Air) and immediately noticed the difference in sales pressure to make unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend Dan's Air Conditioning service to everyone.

I went out n on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday August 2nd. The guy showed up on time, but charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor when he wasn’t even there for an hour (including the time spent sitting in his truck and signing paperwork with me. Said he fixed the issue, but ac went out 2 weeks later. Had a different company come out and they showed me the problem. A single wire that wasn’t tightened down. Was just left touching enough to make contact and eventually lost connection. This issue was clearly visible as soon as panel was removed. My guess, as well as this other techs guess was that the guy from dans deliberately did this for the chance that I would call back at some point to make more money off me. I’ll never do business with this company again.

Had them run duct work and install a roof top hvac unit on my roof when I bought my house 2 years ago. The price was amazing, and beat all of the competitors in the area. They accepted cash as payment which was awesome. 2 years later, and everything still works great. I will definitely be having them service the hvac in the next few years. Thanks Dans!
