Super weird company. We are looking to replace our HVAC system and reached out to have someone give us an estimate. The technicians were friendly, on time, fast and efficient, they measured everything and did what they needed to do. When it came time to discuss estimates, the guy pretty much said he can’t give us an estimate unless we are ready to make a decision then and there if we wanted to go through them or not. I told him that we have other companies coming this week to give us estimates, and that we’d like to hear what they had to say too before making a decision. Therefore, he told us he “can’t help us” since we weren’t ready to make a “yes or no” decision up front, and that they can come back after the other companies have given us their estimates. What company does this? From my knowledge and experience, companies usually give estimates up front and give a timeline (usually 30-60 days) that their estimate is good. This just sounded super odd and pushy. Wish this would have been said to us beforehand instead of after. What a waste of everyone’s time.

Jose Ledezma is a very professional contractor. Not only did he do a great job at servicing my old roof AC unit but he explained very well how it looked, showed me pictures of it, advised future repairs needed without being pushy and replaced my air filter. He knows my AC very well since he is always the same person that always services it and took his time to honor my request, going above and beyond by opening up my vents to place activated charcoal that I had purchased.

One of the most unreliable companies my family has ever used. Whenever we have issues with the A/C going out or when we have a problem with a system error they never have availability for someone to come out. We are constantly told that they never know when someone will be able to come out and never have set times for appointments so we are expected to wait all day until they show up. The only time we’re told anything that is helpful is when we voice how upset we are with their services. I genuinely would never recommend this company to anyone.

Although the interactions were relatively pleasant my experience was not, long story short was that my unit was working prior to an a/c "service" ( more like an inspection-did not service anything) where tech told me that my unit was old and wearing out (its is an older unit, so I will give him that) I need to buy a whole new A/C and left, well that was when all of a sudden my fan motor would not stop runnin, I called them back to have another service tech that came out reviewed and said the system was working fine, well it was not because the fan continued to run. I had to manually control the A/c unit at the breaker to keep the fan from running non-stop. Service tech 3 (the actual tech from the first call) stated he did nothing wrong and my unit would have failed eventually on its own, he would not take the responsibility that the unit did not work after he removed and replaced the 3-year old motor during his inspection. 3 weeks later after a conversation with a manager that summed up that they were not responsible for the A/c not working and would not even consider a middle ground approach to a repair, I told him I would never do business with this company and leave my remarks for future customers to review, thank you Monarch for not fixing what was broken after your tech left, me and my family appreciate a non-working unit.

One of the technicians was rude. Told me a part needed to be replaced ( unit is under warranty) then tells me his manager said not to replace it and wait till it fails. Was told manager could not talk to me because he was in a meeting. They never return calls and always blame the homeowner for the problems. If I call a better company my warranty will be voided. I will never recommend this company!

This company is a rip off. All they want to do is sale sale sale and their technicians do not know what they are doing! 🤬

These guys rip you off all they’re trying to do is sell you a unit. They’ll go up in your attic and cut your ducts and say you need a new unit on one that’s only 8 years old with nothing wrong with it.

Although they haven’t completed the repair due to unavailability of required parts, Jose let me know what was going on, what was needed and how long it will take. I found Jose personable and courteous. I could tell he took his job serious and he was very professional in the service he provided. Unfortunately, his work started on a Friday afternoon and I’ll have to wait until Monday for him to finish the repair. He left me with no doubt that it will be done as soon as he stated.

All the technicians for service are outstanding.
I have issues with management, I had a complete install HVAC and furnace in June of this year. What was NOT mentioned before or after install was the air cleaner and the service that comes with it IF installed, Or
The cleaning of the coil, blower and drain cost extra as in $450 twice a yr, I was lead to believe the warranty covered it for 3yrs.. I had to pay $1,750 extra so that I didn't have to pay the$ 900. 00 cleaning of the coil, blower, and drain a yr. and get the air cleaner ( 450.00 part) I was told it was a" misunderstanding". Also there's a $15.00 monthly fees for the cleaning for life of the coil blower and drain. I was told this subject was usually NOT discuss of all of the above at the time of sale.. buyer be aware. Monarch does not disclose everything at the time of sale, it's sneaky costly add on later. Monarch can do better.
