I called Air Products when the air conditioning in my rental house suddenly went out during the heat wave. Elizabeth managed to get a technician out that afternoon and they ordered the part needed the next business day. They made it a priority to get the system repaired as soon as possible. Carlos, the technician was most helpful in explaining to me what the problem was. He did not try and oversell the situation. I'm very satisfied.

Air Products is the best. Francine always takes car of me when I call and John always gets to my house on time and within a few days of my call. He fixes everything in a timely manner, explains everything clearly and leaves his workspace spotless. I’ve used them forw0 years an have no intention of changing

I bought my old house with an old 30 yr old air conditioner . The AC finally gave out in the beginning of the hot hot summer. Air products came out and assessed the unit, found the problem and instead of pushing me to buy a new one (especially during COVID when finances are tight) they spent 4 1/2 hours fixing a pipe making it work like new again and also saving me thousands of dollars! Showed up on time and was nothing but kind and professional! I'm so incredibly glad I found this company. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

Technician came out straight away and was professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained our HVAC issues to me in layman’s terms and offered a reasonable solution. Highly recommend :)

Air Products did not rush through their job of conditioning ou
r air conditioner for the summer. They took their time and explained all the things that they did for us. They even cleaned up our attic a little around our air conditioner. We felt that they were thorough and we will definitely use them again.

Our central air crashed during a 115 degree heat wave, on a Friday night. I left a voicemail @ air products and they returned my call first thing in the morning. Technicians normally only work until 2:00 on Saturdays but Elizabeth said she would try to get someone over before they stopped working. At 5:00 I received a call telling me Frank was on his way. Talk about dedication to service, after having put in a full day’s work, Frank found the problem, replaced a blown capacitor, and was ready to keep working. An hour after he arrived we were back up and running with cool air bringing us relief. Thanks Air Products for your service to your customers.

John Escobar at Air Products is the best, highly experienced, tech ever! As a resident of SFV for over 30 years, I have experienced what the weather can be like.
