I use them at my rental property as well as at my home for AC repairs. Communication is very strong and thorough. Their service techs are knowledgeable and most importantly their pricing is very competitive and they never tried to install unnecessary parts or overcharge me. They’re very honest and never pushed to sell like other companies I’ve used in the pass. I Will definitely continue using them in the future services.

I had called another company two days prior and they got my AC going, but a day and a half later, no AC at all. When I called the company back they didn`t know when they could get back out or whether I would have to pay again or not. So I called Pro Heathing and Air in Van Nuys. They got out here within 30 minutes, the technican was very friendly and polite, very efficient and knowledgeable. I would use them again for future maintenance services and I`ll recomend their services with my friends and family.
