I purchased a Lennox Package Unit System from AG (Now is AZ) Heating and Air Conditioning back in 2015 for approximately $10,000. The unit has 10-year Warranty on Compressor and all Parts. The Unit broke down in August 2022. They charged me a Service Call to tell me that the Condenser Coil has a leak and needed to be replaced. They advised me have the AC off till it gets fixed! They indicated that I will be charged half of almost the full cost ($5,500) since the parts are under warranty!! We are in October 2022 and still waiting for the parts!!! It will take them 3 Months just to get the parts! Considering the Heat Waves that we had within the past 3 month and living in the house with No AC, they should have been more effective in the services they offer to their clients. When a unit is under warranty and you can't honor and implement the warranty, then you should replace the unit to make it operational as a professional contractor and then you deal with your Manufacturer yourself for a Faulty Merchendise not your client!! They give all the empty promises when they are selling you the product. Make sure you consult with your legal advisor.
This company is very poor for both new installations and repair. I had a brand new complete system installed in 2016 and the compressor went out. When I called about warranty they charged me $130 for a service visit to tell me the compressor was not under a workmanship warranty but they would “fight” for me to get the product warranty covered. I later called the manufacturer and learned the product was covered. They said at this point it would be $1100 for the labor if the warranty worked out. They called me a few days later and said they were able to convince the manufacturer that the product was covered. I should have had my con artist guard up but I was busy at work and accepted their over the phone quote of $1,097. They scheduled the work and got it all the way done and then changed the price to $2k. They are the worst type of “get you over a barrel” type of company I have worked with in probably 20 years.
Had a great experience for my install and 1 year maintenance inspection. Service is great, they make sure to follow up consistently and make sure the unit they installed is running smoothly. The gentleman who came to my house today did a lot more than expected. Thank you!
Burton was scheduled to come to my rental property to check out my AC units that we had installed 6 months ago. Not only did he provide excellent service, he also went above and beyond to give me advice on an older AC unit that another company installed! He inspected it even though he didn’t have to and he explained how to clean it. He explained a lot about AC units and he gave me some advice and his opinion on what he thought could’ve been the problem, even though it had nothing to do with AC units. I am so thankful for his willingness to help!
When we started this journey to install an air conditioner into our home, quite overwhelming to say the least. We shopped around and found one that we were happy with. From day 1 we where happy with the Install crew, very knowledgeable, courteous and just a great group of guys. After install we had a few minor issues that had to be dealt with, no big deal. 2 weeks in we had a motherboard go out on ac and one of the techs came out to fix and the problem. We assumed he would be like each of the people we dealt with, sadly that was not the case. I was treated rudely and talked down to. When this tech could not fix it said he would have to order new motherboard and have it installed when it came in. At this point I called AG and I asked for a new tech and they came through for us! Joseph showed up today and blew me away! Very patient with me, answered any and all questions I had in detail. We have a very old beagle who thinks he is still puppy and likes to fight with the neighbors dogs through the fence. Joseph who was concerned about dog came and informed us so that we may protect our “fur” baby. With my husband working nights and sleeping through the day Joseph made sure to ask us if it was going to interfere with his sleeping I’d be fixed it then. That is the kind of service that will make me come back if I have other needs or recommend to family. I can’t say enough about Him but will definitely request if I need further assistance. Excellent service. They installed my air and heating units last year and service my unit every 6 months. The annual service was exceptional by two service representatives, Dave and Burton. They were extremely helpful and even cleaned the unit outside. Completed their long annual check list. I was ver pleased. Kudos to these two gentlemen.
Toney Burton was on time, friendly, courteous & professional. We were very happy with the service he provided on our furnace. We would happily recommend him for any heating/air conditioning needs you might have.
Regarding the final inspection of my air conditioning unit. Your employee Jose Aguilar was very professional and helpful. He helped me in the final set up of my red link which I had some complications with my password set up. Jose also reviewed the panel with me without me having to ask him.
Great company they installed my unit within 48 hours. And they charged me what they said they would. But when it comes to honoring the warranty they are horrible. I set up 5 appointments and they never showed up. So they are all about the quick buck and short term. Be wary.
We had a great experience with Burton today. He came by to check on our air which was installed by Home Depot. Very kind, friendly and personable... see you again in 6 months!!!
