Manny the sales guy was so RUDE on the phone, these people doesn't wont to do work anymore..i asked him to help me with some information on package units , and he said to me its my job not his job. They should stay home and collect Unemployment. This is not ok.. Lousy Customer Service...

GREAT GUYS, GREAT PRICES. Do not give a bad review if you are not a c-20 contractor. they only sell to the trade. (don't be a sore sport because you can't buy here) This protects the hvac trade and doesn't allow unskilled do it yourself types to (play) repair guy. With that said, these guys are great to buy from.

This place is not ethical at all. If you are a home owner and don’t have an account don’t buy from this place. They tried to sell me a $70 dollars AC tray for $315.

You cannot be Howard Industry prices on equipment and the service personnel there the counter guys even the guys at work the warehouse are all real friendly real polite
