This review is for a service done back in May just to be sure that our AC is still working after the summer heat. Our AC was out since April and our warranty company changed a lot of parts to our AC system already and didn't really fix our AC. Since, SCV Climate Pros offered free estimate, I said, Ok since its free, it wouldn't do us any harm to just ask their diagnosis. They said our zoning board was burned and needed replacement. After asking different AC contractors for a zoning board replacement, SCV was by far the best price, so we opted for their service. After they ordered the zoning board, they were able to fix our AC system and up until now, our AC is still working great. We are comfortable this whole summer. Would recommend SCV to my friends and relatives.

Our Rheem system was 22 years old, and when it finally broke, my husband wanted a Rheem deal/installer. We called SCV. They came out the same day. They told us the systems they have and the costs for each. My husband kept asking about the bigger, more expensive ones, but they kept saying that we didn't need them because our house is so small. They took all the time needed for us to make a decision. It was installed by the next evening. It works GREAT! They were professional, friendly, and quicker than any others that I called. They are also licensed, bonded and insured, which some of the others weren't. They also had their own finance department, so we didn't have to put it on a credit card. Interest rates were better, too. We even got a 10 year warranty, something NONE of the others would give. There was a small leak the next day, and they came out right away and fixed it: for free! Thanks SCV! Our house is nice and cool, now, without the high electricity bill. Can't wait to use the heater this winter!

I called SCV Climate Pro's to come out and tell me what was wrong with the heater that was new when they built the house in 1965. It was freezing and the weather was only going to get worst. He promised he would be there within the next two hours and there he was right on time. Denny, the owner had come himself and had looked at the unit. There was some updating to do to the unit. It made more sense just to replace the unit. We got a good price from him we just couldn't refuse. Denny promised that the guys would come out by three and should be done before my weekly dinner and a movie planned with the girls at seven. I was very pleased that they had it done, and it was all cleaned up and ready by the time the dinner was cooked. They saved the day and I would gladly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. If you want it done fast and done right the first time, call SCV Climate Pro's.

Chris (technician) showed up on time and proceeded to troubleshoot the system, found the problem and fixed it .Then tested, reassembled the unit . All with a pleasant attitude and work ethic.

Denny and Tim just finished servicing our A/C, I can't say enough about how professional, fast and courteous these guys were. Denny answered all my questions, showed me exactly what was wrong, spoke to my husband on the phone, and got the job done! I highly recommend Climate Pros for your A/C needs!

Justin is one of the best OWNERS!!! In the business very serious about his customers he got to our house in 30 mins from when I made the call to his office THE Best price in town He fixed the issue with the A.C. in minutes what would have cost $800 from another company he charged $300 and was super understanding about the unit this company is the best at this in the Santa Clarita valley call them first and I guarantee you will be happy with the service!!!!

This is a review of SCV CLIMATE PROS, INC – not on the service or workmanship- but on the CHARACTER of the owner and employees of SCV CLIMATE PROS. Often times a business relation works well, but then when difficulties or disagreements arise, that’s when the TRUE CHARACTER of someone is displayed. I’d like to make future customers aware of what they could have to deal with. And again, this is not a direct comment on the product of SCV CLIMATE PROS, but how they could deal with customers in a situation in which problems arise and when SCV CLIMATE PROS is responsible.

When I was driving home the other day, a lunch pail lid flew out of a SCV CLIMATE PROS truck and struck my vehicle, causing? Several hundred dollars? In damage. I contacted the businesses and the answering service took my call and was told I would be contacted the next business day. I was not contacted. I made several follow-up phone calls over the next 10 days, and finally was able to speak with the business owner. After discussing the accident, the business owner confirmed the incident with her driver and indicated she would get back to me on the issue. After 2 days, she did not contact me. Additionally, there was no response to the emails I sent. I really felt I was being ignored. I had to pay out of pocket to make the repairs caused by an employee of SCV CLIMATE PROS. Additionally, I had to rent a car. Meanwhile, I have had no contact whatsoever from SCV CLIMATE PROS on the issue that they knew occurred and their employee was responsible for.
This has been so frustrating for me and a huge inconvenience. Not only did I have to pay for the repairs that were caused by SCV CLIMATE PROS employee negligence, but the time it took to email, make phone calls and rent a car. I would hate to see what their service is really like when a real customer is in need of service or an emergency for that matter. If they will treat me like this, how will they treat you?

In my opinion, definitely do not give your business to SCV CLIMATE PROS.

Tim was very helpful, courteous, and prompt. He got our heater working and we had a great experience! We will definitely call them again if we have AC/Heating problems.
