Extremely unprofessional and rude office staff (including office manager). The technician was late for the appointment and the office decided just to cancel the appointment because he was late. That's top notch service right there! I will never recommend them and I will share my experiences with everyone who will listen in Santa Clarita. What a terrible way to do business!

Although not the lowest price, I felt like a got a good value. they were on time and friendly. They did a walk through the day before so putting in my new system went smoothly. Everything was explained to me in plain english. The clean up after was excellent. I would use them again!

I would give them negative stars if I could. Incredibly unprofessional.
They never showed up (3 hour window), nor did they call to say they would be running late/needed to reschedule. I also called their dispatch, informed them what occurred, and was told they would see where the team was and call me back with an update. No phone call back. Super Lame.

Tim the air conditioning repair man was very professional and helpful. He even came to our rescue on a Sunday evening. I will forever call them for any air conditioning/heating needs.
