Denny showed up on time, was courteous and friendly. He was very careful with our furnishings, and made sure not to track dirt and debris out of the attic when he was finished with the job. It was a simple job, and he was in and out in no time. Pricing was very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to call SCV Climate Pros again in the future. This is everything you should come to expect from a business, and they delivered.

The staff at SCV Climate Pros were awesome from the moment I called me and assured a service tech would be out to my residence within 2 hours, and they were right on time. When the tech arrived, it turned out to be the owner of the company (hi name was Denny). I asked him what my options would be to get our furnace replaced (since another local company told me it needed to be replaced for almost $2800). Denny actually took the time to get into our attic and run a few tests and determined the problem was a minor servicing fix. Needless to say, our furnace is now working wonderfully, and the issues we had corrected for under $500 total. I am so pleased that I got a second opinion, and now have heat in our home. Thanls to SCV Climate pros for their prompt service call, and most importantly the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

When we bought our condo 6 years ago, it came with the original 1974 heating & air conditioning system. We kept it limping along with help from a home warranty service, but two days ago we were told the compressor was shot and had to be replaced. After living without AC for a week of 100-degree temps, and not hearing back from the home warranty people about what they were going to do, we decided to bite the bullet. My husband called SCV Climate Pros yesterday afternoon. Tim Poland came out a couple hours later and gave us an estimate, with no attempt to up-sell us to more costly options which he told us we did not need. The cost of the Rheem system (an excellent brand) was lower than we expected and came with 3 years maintenance and a 15-year parts & labor warranty. We signed the contract right then and there. Today (Sunday!) Humberto (a Rheem trained installation tech) came out with his assistant and installed the entire system in under 5 hours. They also cleaned our ducts and installed a brand-new Wi-Fi thermostat as part of the deal. We couldn't be more pleased. The cool air is blowing once again at our house!

The people who make up SCV Climate Pros are hard-working professionals who respond to service calls pretty much 365 days a year, working in cramped, hot dirty spaces and dealing with cranky homeowners. They provide a valuable service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called because my heater went out last week. I called and the young lady who answered the phone was very sweet, listened to my problems and was understanding. She scheduled my appointment and have me a time frame between 4-6pm. Tim came out at exactly 4pm took a look at my heater and gave me a quote for some repairs needed and also got it up and running again, but was honest with pricing and telling me what the problems were. He was sweet and let my twins watch as he checked things out (our little guys are very curious). Once the time is right I will definitely be calling them back out to do the rest of the repairs.

I called this company about 1 week ago because it was freezing in my house. I was intrigued because they offer a free service call. The man that came was extremely helpful and was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. I was not charged a single dollar, but simply given a quote for the cost to fix it.

I made the decision to proceed because the quote was lower than I had anticipated. He came back within an hour with the part to fix it and was done with the job in about a half an hour. After he was finished he handed me a bill for the exact cost I was originally quoted. He was extremely professional, helpful and quick.

I am definitely happy with the service and the cost. They really do offer a free service call and stand by their rates as well as quick and efficient work. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to any of my friends who need help with their heater or ac units.

Had a great experience from sales call to the total install. Upgraded my A/C, replaced Heater, and duct work (even ran into asbestos). Have since had a service call, always professional. Recommended to my son who just bought a condo. Could not be happier. Keep up the good work.

It was over 100 degrees outside when my AC finally died on me. My compressor had been making noise for over a year and popped two time delay fuses the previous summer. Even though I knew the compressor was on its last leg, I procrastonated as usual. SCV Climate Pros responded very quickly to my initial phone call. They arrived within 1 hour and were very professional and courteous. After determining that the compressor was a gonner, I elected to go with a new Condenser unit. They installed one later that day and had it up and running later that evening! It has been making icicles ever since. Amazingly, it cost me a lot less than I would have ever expected. These guys are fantastic. Fast, professional, reliable, and very affordable! I have recommended them to several friends who later thanked me.

HONEST COMPANY!! These guys are the best! I'd recommend them to family, friends, and everyone! They are truly an honest company. I expected to be swindled out of my money, being that I'm a woman and was at home with my 7 month old daughter when they came to check out what was wrong with me a/c. Simple fix, and a fuse later I'm in business. I figured they'd still over charge me, but they charged me like I was family. Denny's reply to me asking how much was "buy me lunch"! A joke, and a few bucks, literally. I will definitely buy a new a/c through them when I have the money, and the price Denny quoted me was the best I've found after spending half the day researching. The receptionist Ashley was so polite and friendly, and Denny's partner, I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, were all great. Great example of what a family company is. Love them.

Our a/c unit quit working Sunday night. We called SCV Climate Pros Monday morning at 8:30 and they said someone would be out between 11and 1. Tim Poland arrived at 12:00 very professional and very polite. He checked condensing unit and found the problem which had to do with Edison. The were fast and efficient and professional. We will call them when we need help on our ac next time and recommend them to our family and friends. Finally, they did not even charge us for a service call!!!

Wanted to wait a month to see how everything worked out. So far so good as far as the equipment goes.

As to the service, it was top notch. I wanted to get ducts replaced on house, but I knew the whole system needed replaced. Money was an issue at the time (new house). They bent over backwards to workout the financing and I ended up with a new system with duct work thrown in for free.

The job was done faster than quoted and I had no issues.

Yes, a whole new system is costly, but with the long warranty and service I already received, I feel I more than got my money's worth.
