I placed call through my home warranty company. 2 days later got a response. Next day tech came by told me he had to order a part. Said it would take 3-5 days. 11 days later got a call saying part was in tech will arrive next morning. An hour before appointment got a call saying porch pirates stole part and it will be at least another 5-6 days before new part arrives. Meanwhile it's in the 30-40 degrees in the evening. The guy was extremely nonchalant about the situation almost arrogant. This is a terrible company.

he was referred to us by our home warranty co. He did not show up for 2 times for for appointments and when he finally showed up he tells us that we need Freon with dye to see where the leak was coming from and that would cost $80 a pound and we needed 7-8 pounds. When I asked him a question he tells me that he has lots of work to do and that he can not waste his time talking to me.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This guy...WOW...do NOT use this contractor. Don't even waste the time with the phone call. My parents are elderly and my mother is fragile and has had several strokes. The AC went out and it's over 100. The guy not only did not return calls for over 24 hours, but then told my father it was "too hot" to come out to check on a broken air conditioner. THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. Your job is to repair these things, esp when the home has disabled and/or sick residents. LAZY. UNPROFESSIONAL. USELESS. But, seeing the other reviews, I can tell he does not need a business. He sounds insane.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with through my home warranty insurance! I called on Monday, 1/9/17 and within 2 hours I received a call from Steve, who scheduled an appt the next day. Unfortunately, the motor to my furnace had gone bad, so Paul the service technicians, said they would have to order the part. No heat in house all week and lots of money spent on firewood to try to keep house warming. Friday of same week get a call from Steve that part is in and he left a message to that affect. Called him back and he's like we can be there in like 30 minutes. Paul comes back and does what he needs to do and is amazed that it took him about 15 minutes to take long motor out put new one in and make sure it works! He stayed about another 15 minutes rechecking just to make sure everything was working pro properly !!! That's what I call excellent service!! I recommend this company to anyone who has any heating or air problems!!!! Believe me, you will be totally satisfied!!!!!!

Steve was sent by the insurance company to fix a heating problem. He showed up and spent about an hour inspecting the unit. He had to order a new part and comeback three days later. Ever since, we have been receiving high PG and E bills all above $500.00 even when not using the unit. All this time, I noticed the furnace on, 24 hours a day. I have not background in plumbing so I thought it was normal. Seven month later, my wife and I worried about the high bills, we decided to find out if it was normal for the furnace to be on 24 hours a day. The insurance company ended up sending Steve once again. As soon as he came in, he notice that the furnace’s fan was on. His words... “I can tell you from the get go, that somebody turned the furnace’s fan on.” Well I said, it was you then, you are the only one that has ever worked on that unit. At this point he became sarcastic, defensive and condescending. This man is arrogant and doesn’t have a hair of professionalism. Stay away from him.

Paul was quick and efficient. I called my home coverage plan AHS and this company scheduled and repaired same day! Will definitely use again in the future.

I was worried when my home warranty scheduled this company because of the reviews, but Paul was amazing! He took the time to go thru all the diagnostics and figure out the problem, and had the parts needed to get it my A/C back up and running. Quick service and friendly. Thank you!

Not friendly. AHS referred this company to fix my ac because it was blowing cool air. Steve called to schedule the appointment and ask what's wrong. I said the ac isn't blowing cool air, which is what I told AHS, and I told my wife it's only 91 degrees in the house. Steve chuckled. He came at the time he said. Asked what what's the ac doing and said nothing. He goes to and turn the thermostat says you said it's not doing anything. It's on. At this I said, I told you when we talked last night it's not blowing cool air which is the same thing i told AHS and if you don't want to do the job I will call and get someone else to come, meaning another company. He asked to look at the ac unit and I took him outside. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. My only issue is customer service.

Was referred by home warranty. May as well call right away and ask for a different company as customer service is their least concern. When they dont fix it right the first time, certainly not in a rush to come rectify the situation.

Warning!!!!!Don’t go to this place find somewhere else to go… The guy who answer the phone is very rude and very unprofessional it too 3 weeks for them to schedule me an appointment to come look at my AC and then when he finally came to do a tune up on my AC my AC breaks and now I need a brand new AC. 😭😭😭😭 !!!!!!! So not right!!!!!
