Driver arrived on time about 1:20. I opened the door and said hi, the technician said lock up the dog, I replied the dog is friendly, he said lock up the dog like it was an order. I said ok and put the dog in the bedroom.. I came back to the door and said hello ,come on in. The man could not even say hello, he replied ( why am I here, what is the issue ). I told him the a/c was not working correctly. He went out to his van to gather his tools. I noticed that his van was parked in front of my neighbors house. I asked him to please back his van up. He said it was legally parked. I told him I like my neighbors and my neighbor gets home at 2. His reply was he will be long gone by then. He has not looked or touched a thing and he has already determined he will be done by 2; remember he got here at 1;20. He was correct he cleaned my filter was out the door at 1;36. He was working in a hurry, like he had some where else he wanted to be. 16 minutes from the time he should up till the time he left and his fix was to tell me to clean my filter more often. I knew this was going to be a waste of time when he said he was not going to be here that lone. The company has sent me a response to the poor survey I submitted, they said he cleaned your filter. He did, however, being a retired aircraft line maintenance manager, I truly know when someone in rushing to complete a job. In response, the company has said if it keeps happening call them back. Just after I shoot my self in the foot, ( Not Happening). Do not use this company.

I was scheduled with Certified Comfort Heating. When I got a call from this contractor he rude and unprofessional. It is like 40 degrees in my home cold all day and have a medical condition. He told me I had to be at home at a specific time, or pretty much oh well. I asked if he could come after 4pm so I could get medical treatment. So I am expected to miss my IV Infusion medical treatment, to accommodate, Certified Comfort Heating, business. Fortunately I was able talk to my home owners representative after several hours. I lodged a complain and got another contractor appointment. It matters how people are treated! Then I found the review which I CONCUR completely about the rudeness and professionalism.

If I could give a negative star u definitely would Steve was who I dealt with on the phone and what a jack wagon absolutely no professionalism and when we received our work order from the insurance it said to call and my wife did and he was extremely upset and rude told not to call him he would call us I called him and let him know that he was not going to step foot on my property I called the insurance company and reported how this piece of work acted and they need to drop his company and protect their reputation. I run a shop and if I treated customers like that I would be gone immediately . my rating is negative 10 stars

Don't use this company. Complete jerks. Steve the owner was rude to my Wife and Au pair. Disrespectful to me. Told me not to call AHS or it would make it worse. If you get them as a referred company don't use them. Deny and ask for another company. Trust me and everyone else. Complete trash!

Came out to check on my AC unit twice as part of my American Home Shield plan, which is apparently a racket. Scheduling was difficult. Guy comes over and asks me the same questions over and over again, gets me to help him even though I explain I'm disabled and shouldn't. Doesn't understand why it is leaking. I don't either, that's why I called. He dumped a bunch of water into my AC unit that leaked through my ceiling, like the original problem. Problem confirmed. "The boss will call you." After NINE business days of waiting AHS denies the claim and Steve who answers the phones doesn't even give me a quote to fix it, just said "you better hire somebody to fix it". Like, why are you here? Maybe a star and a half for the guy putting on booties to come in my house with no mask on.

Have to give them 5 stars, they were always prompt, professional and when they serviced my troublesome unit with a new compressor which is a big job, it works better than when it was new. They did a very clean job and very pleased as I have had many many service people but non as good as this place. The owner even dropped by as I had concern that the previous contractor mixed different Freon. Do yourself a favor and call this professional place for service not some contractors that does this as a side job, you will actually pay more for their ineptness.
So happy with this job.

I had absolutely no issues with this business. I'd seen some poor reviews and was prepared for the worst and got the complete opposite. AHS told me they would call be "Friday" to schedule an appointment. He called me Thursday and had someone out that same day. They had to order the part to fix my AC and Saturday they were here with the part and fixed my AC. Every time Steve called and spoke to me he as responsive, professional and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this company!

This company was referred by AHS after filing a claim for my AC. Steven was the technician assigned to the job and let me state that I have never been treated that bad in my 40 years of life on this planet. After he was assigned the job, he called my wife and was extremely rude on the phone and once he arrived at my residence his rudeness reached new levels. Neither Steven nor my wife had a mask on upon his arrival and instead of politely asking my wife to remain six feet away, his stated words were "I need you to go away from me" . Being the hospitable family we are, we all put our mask on and even my mother offered Steven a mask. In the face of all of this respectful behavior from my family, the rudeness continued. I arrived to the house shortly after Steven did and he was just as rude to me as my wife and mother. I confronted him on his disrespectful words and he had a problem that I complained about his demeanor and threw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old. He did not conduct any repair on my AC other than checking my freon level and stated "I'm not dealing with this right now". A complaint has been filed with AHS regarding this company. Let me state that the company is probably not the issue here just with a specific technician.

This company was referred to me by AHS. He comes in gets AC started. But on second time which happens to be 32nd day AC stops. Both company and AHS ask for second time deductible since it is outside 30 days window. I pay it second time. Again on 30th day AC stops working. I call AHS but no one answer on long weekend. So I call next day. Both this company and AHS now saying it is outside 30 days and ask for new deductible. I pay new deductible and ask for new company now. If they are referred by AHS please stay away from them. Not sure why they provide temporary fixes.

Tried to schedule an appointment through my home warranty company and this is who they picked. Waited half a day for a call to schedule a visit before I called the number provided by the home warranty company. The number does not go to an office where some nice person would schedule the appointment. It is a cell phone number and the gentlemen who answered was probably using blue tooth and it was very hard to hear and was not friendly to speak with. He could not schedule an appointment because he was out of the office which I'm assuming is his house because the website does not have an address. Long story boring I called another company and within 2 hours somebody came and fixed my AC which made me happy since we were going into a weekend with over 100 degree temps.
