We wanted to replace both upstairs and downstairs AC/Heaters as well as work with a local Tustin contractor. We got three proposals and PWM was by far the most attractive. Don't fall for the Costco rebate deal. Even with it was the highest priced proposal. The PWM install team was prompt, clean and friendly. It was a 1.5 day project and we hardly knew they were here. Everything is running great and we highly recommend them.

Being a maintenance coordinator for a property management company who handles hundreds of work orders everyday, I have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies and I would say Mike and his team are heaven sent. Ever since we got connected to them they have been the go-to guys. Pro West is a top-notch team who provides real time updates, photos to show what they've done and recommendations to get an HVAC system running in the best condition.

I've pretty much sent everything their way and they have been super flexible. They provide clear work details in their invoices and follows specific vendor instructions to a tee.

I got a referral from a friend to have the maintenance on my a/c heating system. Prowest was on time and very professional. They changed my filters, cleaned my ac unit coils and spotted a fire hazard with my furnace. No other company every said anything about the furnace being plugged into a powerstrip. Thanks. It was nice to see the time they took check the air conditioning and heating system. They checked the temperature from every room while the air conditioning was on as well as the heating side. It's really hard to find honest, hard working companies these days, but I just did. They will be the company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Great job ProWest!

I live in Newport Beach, and PWM installed a brand new system a few years ago. I received a message from them this week, asking if I’d like to schedule a check-up. Well, my last unit died because we didn’t check on it and a sprinkler had rusted through the unit... so, I said yes, and scheduled the Appt.

PWM’s tech showed up on time, wearing a mask, shoe covers, gloves, and a PWM uniform. I showed him what he needed and I went to work. He was quiet, self sufficient, and mindful that I was working. He gave me a report when he was done and he was gone... no upsell, no long explanations... just the service I asked for.

Keep it up guys. It pays to focus on customer service.
