My fridge had two shelves that both had a few small cracks along the edges, so I decided to go and call someone to fix it. The first thing that comes up when you google search "GE appliances" is this website "Appliance Pro TODAY" (i will later realize that this website had probably contacted this company as a sorts of a middle man) and right there the first thing you see is the words "Irvine GE Service". In fact the whole website was made to mislead the consumer into believing that this was the official GE Appliance website. It was made to seem legit, words of "same-day GE service experts" and a number you could call to get your appliance 'fixed now'. So I call the them and I give them my information, to which they reply that they will send someone from 3-6. Someone does eventually arrive, this guy named Sam, he just goes and takes a look at my fridge, recognized the cracks and says that it would probably be around $400 dollars. At this point I am shocked to say the least. There were only three cracks in total between the two shelves, which were extremely small and couldn't have been more than a centimeter or two, heck it didn't even reach the glass, it just broke through the plastic edge. I asked why the price and he goes on to say that the each new shelf would have been around $134 without tax and shipping, obviously the price was absurd. He tried to justified it by saying that they were 'helping' me out by finding the right pieces and installing it for me. (keep in mind that the shelf was one that could be slid in and out on its own without any extra assistance). I told him that I will not pay $400, at this point he was getting offended and said that I would have to pay $100 just for his visit. I was confused as he practically did nothing except take one look at my fridge, as I tried to ask him more questions he kept cutting me off with "cash or credit." Which is extremely rude. Eventually I did give him $100 cash (in which he did not give back the change of) to get him to leave, which left me $100 less and still cracks in my fridge shelves. The whole experience felt like a damned rip-off.

We are a company that depends strongly on our washing machine. It started acting weird, so we called them to come have a look at it. The guy came out, diagnosed it, came back the next day 'fixed it' and left. An hour later it was broken again. We called the company, they said someone would be out the following day to fix it. No one ever showed. I called them on Monday, the girl was ridiculously rude, said someone would be out between 9-12. I called at 1:00 to say no one had been out. They said someone would call me back shortly. I called again 3 times up until 5:00 and still no response. All interactions were extremely rude. That's when I looked at their reviews (which I should have done first) and saw nothing but poor reviews, which the response was always "stop writing FAKE REVIEWS" I assure you, this is NOT a fake review. They charged us, didn't fix it, are rude, and totally unreliable. Still awaiting a call from someone there.

The only thing reliable about this company is that it will rip you off. The technician ( Sam) came out to service my air conditioner. He gave us two options. One is to replace the starter for $749. The starter costs $30 on Amazon. If that doesn’t fix the problem he would recommend replacing the condenser and compressor for $4,800 to $5,600. Option two would be to replace the whole system for $11,000. We got Yaeger Service to come out to fix our air conditioner for $327.

Highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Usually companies in our area set prices way too high even if it takes 5 minutes to fix something. The quality of work was great and I’m glad to have my heater working again. I plan on calling you if I need something to be fixed again.

I shopped for the best value and I hired Reliable Appliance Service. They delivered on time what turned out good quality work. The crew is pleasant to deal with and professional. To finish the work on time, they initially used different metal sheet covers because the standard ones were not available due to covid supply chain issues. I did not like these covers and they stood behind their work. They removed and reinstalled the proper covers after searching for them all over California. I highly recommend them.

After trying multiple companies, Reliable was the only one that came available to come down and fix my heater that same day! I live near Romana, and it’s been very chilly! I needed my heater fixed immediately, they had their technicians come out to my house within three hours of making my appointment. Thank you reliable!

My heater suddenly stopped working at night and my family and I were freezing! I was so happy when I heard Reliable Service was able to come out the same day I called. Their technician came quickly and fixed my heater at an affordable price! (:

I was recommended this place through several of my friends and this was my first experience with Reliable Appliance Service. I was very impressed and satisfied with the customer support, fast service, and great affordable prices! Their rep was super helpful in getting someone to fix my dryer/washer that had stopped working and they worked super quickly in getting it up and running again. If you’re looking for a place with fast but affordable service, this is definitely it! I look forward to using them again and it is a company I would trust with any of my appliances.

Had a tech come who failed to acknowledge our main issue which was no water flow. He could not diagnose nor fix and suggested other fixes but not the main fix. I contacted the company to let them know that I shouldn't be charged if he was unable to fix the item that needed repair. The woman was extremely rude and not understanding what so ever and said if a repair cannot be made then it is still $69.95. Just have to throw the .95 in there? I asked her to please waive it she would not and I asked if I should contact my credit card provider and she said I could do whatever I liked. Save your money and go to a company with some class. The tech basically told us to buy a brand new fridge. Hopefully your service fee was worth losing a future client.

Our 20 year old refrigerator decided to die last night, the Thursday before Memorial Day. I woke at 5:30 & started searching for what I hoped was a reliable appliance repair service- I wanted to know if it was worth repairing or to order a new one. When I googled refrigerator repairs KitchenAid, Reliable Appliance Service came up as google certified,, so I called at 6:15 this morning! The info said 24/7 & they weren’t kidding! I spoke to someone who said he’d have a tech named Andre come out today between 8 & 11. It doesn’t get much better, except it did- Andre arrived shortly after 8:30 am & checked out my fridge, which he said could be repaired. Unfortunately, the parts weren’t in stock locally, but he ordered them, & said he’ll be back later to restart my fridge which should last through the weekend. He explained what was broken (the fan) & why it had shut down. Although it hasn’t been repaired yet, I wanted to express how pleased we were with the service already provided, & I’ll submit an update when all the work is finished. We were panicked, but it seems all will work out! Plus, the estimate for repairs was FAR less than the cost of a new refrigerator!
UPDATE: Monday- Memorial Day- got a text from Andrei this morning that the parts are in & could he put them in today! Amazing! He’s finishing up right now & we could not be any happier! Great service & at a fair, reasonable price. Cannot believe we got this repaired over the holiday weekend!!
