Pro West Mechanical

I used Pro West to replace an old gas furnace and AC unit with a heat pump system. I also had new ducting installed and added more intake and some larger vents. I have only great things to say about the professionalism and quality of service provided!

They really have the whole process dialed in. Alex in the office is highly communicative and they also send appointment notifications by text msg so there is never any confusion. The install team always arrived on time and cleaned up well at the end of each day. My project manager Jake was great about explaining how the new system worked and providing progress updates throughout the installation. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work which I really appreciate. The business owners Mike and Chris are also very hands-on which gives you great confidence in the work they do.

Heavy rain made this a more challenging project, but the Pro West team handled the weather really well and I'm thrilled with how well the heat pump works. Highly recommend these folks!

In 2012 my air conditioner went out as expected. It had been installed when the home was built in 1979. Repairs had been done on the original unit as well as the furnace by Mike and Chris (the company owners) when they worked for another company. When I reached out to them they advised they had started their own company and asked which company I preferred to use. Since I was familiar with their skills and work ethic I requested they install a new air conditioner as well as furnace. They were prompt, clean, considerate and extremely professional. I have have had absolutely no problems with the equipment they suggested and installed. I have also used this company to maintain the equipment. Their staff as well are prompt, clean, and highly professional. During the most recent maintenance call, their employee followed all the COVID safety protocols to include wearing a mask as well as shoe booties. I will continue to use Pro West in the future while also referring them to family and friends.

Pro West has been critical to the success of our apartment complex of 2-story homes. They have done installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting for us and we could not be happier.

We have used them for years with nothing but praise for their attention to details and customer service. After helping us for years try to stretch our 20yr. AC unit as long as possible, it finally gave out. Instead of offering to replace everything as we expected, they came in suggesting not to replace what was in great condition. They have never attempted to up sell us and have always listened to our concerns and explained their recommendations. Would recommend them in a moment to anyone looking for a thorough, detailed solution from as small as an annual maintenance to a full install replacement unit.
