Issac came out for my fridge repair and was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and consciousness of my budget. We discussed a few possible options and in the end he helped us to conclude it was better to buy a new fridge than spend money on repairing the old fridge.

Ivan was great. He showed up on time called right before he got here and fixed our LG front load dryer and spent a good amount of time cleaning out the dryer as well as inspected some of our other appliances I pointed out to him and billed me exactly what the esitmate was

We have trusted Carters Services for decades. Today our technician Alex was extremely helpful with our washing machine. He repaired it and maintained it all under one hour. They charge a $98 service fee just to show up then labor on top of that and it was well worth it.

I needed the gasket seal replaced on the freezer of my refrigerator freezer. Isaac explained the problem showed me how the underside of the gasket had hardened and then carefully explained what I needed to do to thaw out the freezer and prepare for the replacement part to be installed. When he returned a few days later with the part he was quick and neat. Patiently answered my questions and overall a great experience!

The person who came had a lot of knowledge and pointed to the problem and solution right away but $360 was very pricy for a 15 min work. He just put a snake to my laundry drain and the clogged drains were already open in 5 mins.

Carter Services continues to provide highly competent technicians who are very helpful in explaining the issue and the alternatives. Rather than run up an expensive repair, they recommended replacing the appliance at a lower cost.

We are repeat customers having used Carters for our last two homes new heating and air conditioning systems. George worked with us both times. Since we wanted the same system in our new house. George didn't waste our time with the basics (we already knew them) he jumped right into explaining what improvements Carrier has over the last 5 years as well as convincing me to go with the new Infinity Air Cleaner. While George managed our project and assisted with the installation, much of the work was handled by two of his techs, Kiapo and Edger. They were both polite, respectful and good communicators, always wearing shoe booties inside without even being asked. After the installation George scheduled the duct leakage tests which we passed well below what code allows. Our second Infinity Greenspeed system has been installed for about 5 months now and has been flawless. No regrets on adding the air cleaner on, it makes a noticeable difference on the air quality.
