Great service! Isac and his team performed a major system replacement on our 20 year old Viking refrigerator. They were extremely careful and clean during the whole job. They cleaned everything behind the built-in fridge (walls, floor, cabinetry, etc.). The quality of their work was excellent. Isac made sure that we fully understood the risks associated with the repair before any work was authorized and again before began. He was looking out for us. In the end, the major repair, fixed the problem. The cost was about 1/3 of the cost of a new Viking refrigerator but should last another 20 years since only Viking original parts were used and workmanship was top notch. Isac is honest and conscientious, he will answer any question you might have in mind.

Just had Carters to repair my LG Washing Machine. Repair was done quickly, professionally and neatly. Ivan was very personable and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 min (water pump), had the part for repair in his truck and was done with the whole visit in less than an hour. Left the repair area clean and organized.

The office staff was great as well with setting up the appointment. Courteous and professional on the phone. Asked me a handful of questions about the problem and the model of my machine so they could help the tech prepare for the visit (which is why I think the part was on the truck already). They confirmed the morning window for the repair the day before and then sent a text with the name and photo of the tech when he was on his way, which is a great security feature.

The service was not inexpensive, however this was a complicated enough repair that I think it would have taken at least a full day of multiple trips to Home Depot and hours of YouTube videos to do what Ivan did in an hour. The time and aggravation saved was well worth it and certainly less than buying a new washing machine.

I would use them again for appliance repair.

Service technician was professional and thorough. Arrived at the time scheduled and was quick to identify and cost out the repair. Since I had explained the problem on the phone when setting up the appointment, the technician was able to determine the probable cause and was equipped with the replacement part he deemed necessary to fix it when he arrived. His replacement part was exactly what was required and it was tested before he departed. Impeccable customer service and extremely courteous, knowledgeable in all aspects of appliance repair. Reliable and dependable. Highly recommended.

Awful quality service. Judge for yourself. We are very disappointed. Carter Services does our maintenance for heat and AC system. They were here at the beginning of the summer. This week, I noticed something odd through the vent of our air conditioning filter. See the pictures and judge for yourself. Not only the installation of the filter was poorly done but it seems like the technician did not have the right size of filter and decided to cut it to make it fit! As a result, the filter was not secured in place therefore didn't provided filtration. Also, the filter was the cheapest quality you can possible find in the market. We are paying for this. To us, this is unacceptable. We won't use Carter Services again.

Isac Buenarostro, tall Isac, provided excellent service when repairing my mom’s refrigerator. He was friendly, sincere and helpful. He took away my mom’s stress by simply explaining clearly what the issue was and what the options for action was in simple terms. Great communicator. This is our first experience with Carter Services, and the great service from Isac has turned us into lifetime customers of Carter. Five stars.

Ordered and installed worn part for a Wolf oven and stove. Repaired a diswasher seal. Scott Davis from Carter Services was very knowledgable, providing a friendly and highly confident level of service. He is highly recommended and we certainly would not hesitate to call for him again.

Thermador couldn’t come out and Carter services was a trusted company. I was able to have them come out under warranty to look at my range which was having a cooling fan issue. They were easy to schedule with, quick to make the repairs, and texted me when they were on their way. I also used them to assess an electrical situation for $109. Both James Mora (appliance) and Carlos Rios (electrical) we’re very professional and knowledgeable!
