The technicians, Kalani and Garret, were great. They were polite, respectful, and extra clean in their work. They spread their protective cloth all over the areas before starting their work, and they left the area as if they never were there. They thoroughly tested my new AC to ensure top performance.

I was very happy with Carter’s ethics and performance. They will definitely be my go-to service company going forward.

Quite quick turnaround! Had a problem with the heating in part of the house in the morning . Called the company in the afternoon. Was scheduled for the next morning. The technician 👨‍🔧 showed up on time, was very professional, friendly and polite. They kept clean, diagnosed the problem, advised us on the cost and after achieving agreement advanced to the repairs. The system now, about 2:30 hours later works better than before. We will definitely call them for the other repairs and improvements we have in mind for the house!

👍 We always call Carter Services for miscellaneous repairs. Today the flame igniter on our gas stove top was replaced & a dryer venting hose was also replaced. Very professional & very nice. What we like the best is that one person is assigned to repair a certain item and they are always the same one to return if what they repaired needs more attention or work.

Jerry is the man. Was very professional and fast with fixing my oven. Showed up on time and had everything working in no time at all.

Third visit: Carlos was able to add an electrical outlet to our master closet without disabling a nearby wall heater. He also added a dimmer to our bathroom lights. He does a great job and keeps everything clean as well.

Second visit: We are glad that we could have Carlos Rios again. He took care of my list of eight items in two hours as he is very good at electrical jobs. Put on booties because it rained last night. Kept his mask on. Cleaned up. Very nice young man.

First Visit: Worked efficiently. Carlos not only got the messed up switches working and improved, he made it look great, too. Very pleasant and considerate young man. Knows his stuff!

Ivan is one of the best technicians Carter has sent to hour house. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It is a pleasure to have him in our home.

Sent apt. request online to repair washing machine and received call within a hour to schedule and confirm. They were able to come out same day and resolve the issue. Fast, friendly professional service.
