I.M. Air Conditioning

I recently had the pleasure of using IM Air Conditioning for a repair job in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient.

The technician who arrived at my home was knowledgeable and experienced, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my air conditioning unit. He took the time to explain the problem to me in detail, and provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining my unit in the future.

I was also impressed with the company's pricing, which was very reasonable and transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they made sure to stick to the original estimate.

After a power outage our furnace went bad. We replaced the complete system Furnace and AC Condenser. The installation went well, walls were not damaged, floor was protected and price was fair! I felt we received A+ service and definitely recommend IM Air Conditioning to others.

I figured I'd give them a call and see if they can help. Since I couldn't actually get ahold of anyone else.

Right away someone picked up, already a huge plus. As I was starting to sweat (pun intended)

I got connected to one of their techs that was working in Brentwood.

He told me he would come by on his way back into the valley before he made it back to his shop.

Less than 2 hours later.. Not only were they there.. My A/C was fully repaired. And cost me less than $300 for the "condesneor"? "Capacitor"?
I'm honestly not sure what the part was called that was changed out.

I can say thank you to the I. M. Air conditioning team for taking care of me on a Saturday afternoon. The first person I called and left a message to called me back after I. M. A/C was already wrapping up.

Being in the construction industry, I definitely know how hard it is to get quality work done at a fair price.

These people are the people to call. I recommended this company to my mother in law who coincidotenally during this latest heat wave of 105+ degrees, her A/C stopped working.

The I. M. Team are taking care of her. They will be replacing her roof mounted unit.
During the time the unit is being sourced and replaced.
I. M. A/C Installed 2 temporary portable air conditioning systems in her house during the down time of not having air conditioning.

These people are great. And I can't be happier at the moment

Had an issue with my furnace, it was leaking water all over my garage. Igal the owner came and find the issue right a way. I was afraid it will cost me thousands of dollars to get it fix but he was honest with me and only charged me the service call since this was only small labor and no parts involve. Thank you Igal and I.M air conditioning you are good people and honest. I hope many people will see this review and choose him, they will be happy with the service.

Came as scheduled to provide bid on a new a/c system for my house. As far as getting this estimate the guy was good. Explained what I was asking him pretty clearly. Provided written online estimate showing itemized details. Also tried various ways to provide a/c on my budget.
The 3 stars is because no matter what mods were made, there was still $ 5000.00 difference between his bid and the next bid.
Im still taking bids but am about to give it up until winter. A/c systems are luxury items and priced as such. What the contractors need to remember is the consumer now has fast access to check for fair prices. Also now can buy straight from the source. To me there is no justification for pricing just the unit itself with no labor or install $ 10,000.00 over what I can buy same thing for myself.
Watch any bids you get. A lot of them offering ridiculously high prices right now and proving sub par work.

We recently moved to our new home and the first thing on list was new A/C. We looked at different companies and decided to go with Yigal from I.M. Yigal has been in business for many years and his knowledge has been proven to be valuable to us. They crew did an amazing job , the were quick and highly professional! If you are shopping around for new A/C, I.M is the team to go with!

These guys are the definition of crooks. Their prices are ridiculous! I suggest you never go with them but if you do ask for a break down on costs for parts and labor. They charged 900$ to change out a 10$ capacitor that takes three wires and five minutes to change out! Be very careful with this company you have been warned.
