Great experience with West Coast Heating & AC Repair. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was easy to converse with. Once work was completed he walked me thru the process of lighting the pilot and the other ins and outs of the systems. He worked quickly but I could tell he also made sure things were done right. Wonderful job!

Our AC problem was accurately diagnosed by Randy from West Coast Heating & AC Repair. He was able to solve the issue swiftly. He was kind and clear in his explanations of what he was doing. I would strongly advise employing this business. For my AC system, I intend to purchase their maintenance/checkup package.

Was taking care of my son's house when his air-conditioning went out. Called West Coast Heating & AC Repair and they sent a technician. He came out earlier than expected. Was one of the few companies that could send somebody out in the same day. Super nice guy did a super job, very friendly very honest. I think the price was very fair for what had to be done. I would use this company over and over.

During the pandemic, we had a pipe burst in our living room wall. Water was running down the side of the house and there was a loud hissing sound until I turned off the water main. With visions of thousands of dollars in damage, I called West Coast Heating & AC Repair hoping they would live up to their reviews. One plumber arrived 60 minutes later. He quickly identified the location, cut into the wall, noted the waterproofing had kept the water outside the house and running out the siding. He found the burst pipe, cut it off and recapped the site, and advised to keep the wall gap open and well heated during the cold snap. The bill was less than I had feared. He was understanding, did a super job and followed all the COVID protocols. Thanks for a great job!

It was included in the cost of my purchase of two air conditioning units from them a year ago. They were very professional. They were able to meet my timelines. The work they did was extremely professional. Their support has been stellar so far. The price was competitive.

West Coast Heating & AC Repair has fixed multiple different things for me including a leaking shower, broken A/C, suboptimal heating, and plumbing issues in our laundry room. Each visit is fairly priced, never get upsold though am an easy target for it, and super happy.

David was here right on time. Very professional, went right to work. David performed the standard 44 point check. He found some loose wires on the outdoor unit. He said a spark from these wires could have caused a fire. He answered all my husbands questions and gave us a thumbs up. We have used West Coast Heating & AC Repair before and will continue to use them.

The gentleman that came to install out system was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. These thermostats are not the easiest and straight forward product to install. He was on time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me to do the job. He did not try and up sell me or anything which I really appreciate.
